Wait times is terrible. This bank have cut down bank tellers to one and have long line of customers waiting to be taking care of. It is even difficult to get a personnel to deal with CDs and wire transfers.

The hrs of operation say they close at 12 and they closed the first door at 11.59am

Same issue as the Downtown Downey branch - We wanted to address a simple issue on one my accounts that would take just less than 15 minutes but both of us are required to be there unfortunately.Well I joined the waitlist around noon and waited for hours until closing and never got the service that I needed.

They never have enough tellers and they typically only have one working at a time. While four are standing around staring at the one working?.

The supervisor (basically females) never help their workers on the teller sections, it creates a long line and wait.

This branch has terrible customer service.The tellers are rude and extremely slow.I've been at this branch about 5 times and it's always the same bad experience.

They always have like 2 tellers and supervisor should jump in help instead of just looking and act like they are busy.

If I could give no stars I would.. Always 4 tellers in rear of glass chopping it up n 1 teller working helping the customers with a line 5 or more customers.. dont the employees know that us customers can see them talking and laughing while we're waiting?? No customer service skills here..

i have stopped here on many occassions to be disappointed to find that all their ATMs are down or only limited transactions.Their front parking lot is very limited (and half of their spots are difficult to get into and out of) but they do have a large parking lot behind the bldg.
