Always packed with only 3 tellers!!! Expect to wait 45mins on a crazy Saturday or any other week day,on the bright side tellers are always courteous.

This place is the worst. If you have any business inside there is another wells fargo literally 2 minutes away and you and everybody else should go there because this place is full of incompetent workers. You'll be next in line for 5 hours so beware.

They only have one banker working and available for wire transfers. In addition, that one banker has appointments with customers therefor leaving absolutely no time to assist a walk in. I was advised that there was a woman waiting since 9am to make a wire transfer (it is now 12:30pm). This is ridiculous! I need to switch banks.

Unprofessional service! Bankers obsessed with appointment protocol versus actual service to the customer. Is it my fault I was given an appointment by phone, and they didn't record it? Wasted my entire appointment time investigating who gave me the appointment, then pushed me off to a different banker when his 3:30 showed up. I was his 3:00. Pulling all my accounts out of WF! That's just plain unacceptable!

Wow where to begin? The customer service is a disgrace, not sure why we POC keep doing business with WF. I made a deposit and the bank took my check and kept it after they deemed it altered. When I asked them to be specific with how they came to that conclusion they couldn't give me a reason. I then asked to have the check returned and they refused. Instead I got a letter 10 days after making the deposit with a blurry picture of the check. I tried calling customer service but that was a waste of time. I'm closing this account today, never again will I work with WF.

Wells Fargo Bank has given us the very worst service for us being loyal customers for over 20 years. I went to a branch to open an account with an EIN number for tax purposes as we inherited some property. I advised that we needed to have the account as the funds for the property were going to be coming in and we would be depositing close to $788,000. The guy told me to come back in 2 weeks. I asked him are you aware that I am trying to deposit 3/4 of a million dollars in this bank? He said I would have to come back in 2 weeks. That was the first issue.We got our car loan through them and paid it off in 2017. My husband was in a terrible car accident and the insurance wouldn't pay us the insurance money because Wells Fargo never sent te pink slip to dmv. When I went into the branch to get the ball rolling to get my pink slip the girl said "Oh we don't do car loans anymore" and walked away from me. I asked for a manager and told her that I never even wanted the car loan through them but they kept offering when I got my car so I refinanced and they never gave the pink slip. The manager gave me a business card to file an escalated complaint. The lady that called me was in the Philippines and was clearly reading from a script. She kept saying she was sorry I felt angry and upset but never apologized for almost costing us $11K. We withdrew all of our money and opened an account at Chase Bank.

Both Downey Branches on Firestone are bad. They always only have one Teller. Instead of having a employee asking while I'm in line "how can we help" how about get behind the counter and help out. What happen to Wells Fargo customer service?
