This location is in need of new management or it needs to phased out. Went in to grab a few things, and was met with excessive lines, no human cashiers or bags. This place is a complete disaster. This clearly exhibits a disrespect for the surrounding communities. Amazon for the win!!

No one helps and there is no staff available. I just needed a bike tool that was locked up, so I pushed the red button that it says to push if you need help. Waited 30 minutes and began wondering around looking for someone to help me. I asked a worker and she said the person in charge of that area is on break. I said ok, anyone else working? She didn't seem to care much, she said she'll try to look for someone to help. I didn't really see her looking for anyone to help me though

I had ordered curbside pickup to get baby formula and when I arrived at the store I wasn't allowed to check in on my phone so I had went into the store explaining the problem and was told to wait at the back of the store until someone came out. Well I waited for hours and no one ever came out and I was forced to cancel my order so I didn't even get the baby formula for my baby. If I would've known curbside pick up is based on luck instead of a actual system I would've went to a different store. I'm just mainly upset about the fact that it was baby formula and it's already so hard to find some and I was forced to cancel because no one ever came out. Thanks for nothing Walmart

No stars! They do not answer the phone! Been calling since 8am and it's 1:30pm. It continuously rings until someone hands up the call.

If you want to buy something locked behind glass, they now send it up to customer service for you to ask for it, then you wait for an associate to go find it...and we were already finished checking out by the time they did.I'll give an extra star just cuz the older guy who unlocked the case for us was definitely enjoying his job. Very cool funnyman.

Worst pick up service ever! Not only did I wait 25 mins they brought me the wrong item which cost less than what I paid for! Done with this Walmart!

yesterday may 7th i was trying to reach customer service or pick up and they keep clicking the call on me ive been trying to reach them since 2:17pm its currently 2:51pm no ones is answering. someone in the pharmacy transferred me to a manager and they did not answer and clicked. i just wanted to call to see if my order is ready. it seems like people dont want to help or provide customer service. today around 9am and 10am i give a few calls and no answer they keep clicking i dont know why walmart is not answering their customer service phone !!

Horrible location. Half of the staff don't know what they're doing so then you gotta wait for them to get back up. I went to buy things for my church and the cashier wrang it up wrong so then I had to wait for him to get a lead that didn't know what to do either. Then I got a crap receipt and couldn't leave until another lead came who also didn't know what to do so she just let me go. All bad. It's safe to say I will not be returning. I'd rather pay more and go to target.

Came across the incredibly bad customer service skills of the store manager Sergia today. No words to describe her attitude. Asked her for the district manager's name/contact & she refused. Then while I was explaining to her she just walked away w an F-U attitude. I can see why this location has some of these reviews.

I placed an order Jan 19 2022 for deliver delivery Jan 20 2022 At 8:00 am to 9:00 am And it's 6:24 pm haven't received yet. I kept calling the store since morning and no one answer keep sending me to associate and no answer and then they hung up

This store is the worst for grocery delivery. I have even been told this by drivers. Lately I have to call on every order for missing (and billed) items. Yesterday my order was $130 and $67 worth were missing when it was delivered. I was billed for these missing items and could only get a credit back to my card which according would go through in 5-10 days. I placed another order for the missing items yesterday that was to be delivered between 1 and 2 today. At 2 the website showed my order was on it's way... and it stayed like that. I called customer service and he said the driver had returned my order to the store and he called the store to have my order re-pulled and assigned to another driver. He said call back in 30-40 minutes if I hadn't heard from the store or received my order. I called in an hour and was told they were waiting for a driver and call back in an hour if my order didn't arrive. Called back in an hour and was told they were getting my order ready and didn't have a driver yet. Again call back in an hour if I don't get it. So here I sit doubting I will get my order at all and if by some miracle I do I'm betting it will be missing items. I am done with this store.

Made a stop over to this location. It was super stocked! It wasn't that bad either. There was a lot to look at. I'm from the Bay and they had items we didn't have in our local Walmarts. Also, they had cashiers available and ready. Will add this location to my list for future visits to SoCal.
