I walked into this location after being a customer of Verizon for two days, the reason for my visit to this location I purchased a new phone and switched carriers. As I walked in I was greeted and asked for my phone and told to have a seat someone would be with me shortly. I took a seat there were two gentleman having a conversation about a jacket one wanted to give the other, conversation lasted about two minutes. After the conversation one of the gentleman walked over to me and asked what brings you in today. The way the question was asked was as if he was just inquiring so that he could make sure the proper person helped me. That was the way I understood it anyway. Once I explain the problem, he immediately told me it wasn't a Verizon problem. It's an Apple problem I explained to him I had just purchased the phone and was told because it was brand new if there were any problems bring it back into the store within 30 days. so I did as I was explaining the Tony started talking over me. I said I'm not even done talking and I'm the customer. How are you talking over me. Then I said better yet can I just have someone else help me because you don't seem like you want to. he then stood next to me and would not walk away. I felt uncomfortable, so I got up and walked away. He follows me and tells me you can leave the store we will not be helping you. I said excuse me, what exactly did I do? I don't want you being rude to any of my employees you can leave, I'm so extremely confused and I stated this, then I said you know what what is the number to corporate he gave me the number and told me I could make the call from outside the store, I did so..... I wound up in Cerritos at the Apple Store to try and resolve my problem, whatever happened at Apple wiped my phone clean phone carrier and all. Against my better judgment I had to go back to Downey to have Verizon connect service. As I walk in two gentleman stood at the entrance one being Tony . I immediately direct all attention to the other gentleman and explain my problem. Tony laughed..... I asked to speak to another associate outside and explain he could very well be looking at some thing on his phone that humored him but it's making me feel like he's laughing at me because I have a problem can you ask him to leave this area the associate goes over to Tony and explained how I felt as a customer Tony never left the area and continue to laugh. Sales associate finished with my phone as I walked out Tony made cat calls at me. I walked back into the store and asked him. Was he serious .i called corporate they gave the number to district manger Jesus. I explained the situation to him he seemed to be sympathetic and apologetic for the experience and told me he would talk to Tony and give me a call the next day he did not call me the next day instead text me and told me that he talked to Tony and gave him good practice and told me that I could call him the next day in text. I we spoke on Wednesday at noon this happened Monday. I finally spoke again with the district manager about the situation on Wednesday after speaking with him I asked him what was the good practice that him and Tony came to an agreement on how to handle customers was what I was told, I was humiliated and disrespected, and asked why I was asked to leave the store he says it was because I was He felt I was being rude. I assume that happened when I asked for another associate to help me. I've been a Verizon customer for a total of five day and Tony manger and Jesus district manager have managed to make me fill like I've made the worst decision ever . This is not at all good practice and if this is what district fills is maybe they shouldn't have there position either. I understand this is one store not Verizon as a whole but the overall experience make me feel different about Verizon as a whole yelp made me leave a star is the only reason there is one

Mauro the long hair guy was an absolute a**hole to my mom. My mom has been a loyal Verizon customer for 19 years, and he dared to offend her when she came in to ask about her bill. They treat you like royalty when they're trying to sell you something, and treat you like an inconvenience afterwards.

I seen an employee discount of 75% off the code is Gifts75Off. I used it at 1 store with no issue. I went to another store and they told me no, but let other people use it. I'm black my wife is Mexican. I sent her to the same store and she used it with no issue. The Managers name was Tony. This is unacceptable.

We went in three different times to get this promotion. Switch over to Verizon with your Broken iphone Plus get Apple television. I've been seeing the commercial over and over only for this month ! We walked in and immediately David helped us. We left came back two more times. He made us his immediate priority. I really appreciate the information that he gave us. Turns out my best friend's son didn't end up getting it but now I think I'm gonna switch over. It's a good deal! For 90 bucks a month let's do this. If you go to this location, make sure you deal with David. He's the best. Horrible service here at the Verizon wireless store. I came to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon so it's my first interaction with a Verizon customer service rep. Manager Tony is completely incompetent. I came in with my service animal and he came over to me to ask me for his credentials which he called "the card". First of all, according to the Americans with disabilities act, you are allowed to ask 2 questions. 1. Is that a service animal? 2. What service does the animal provide? Well he took it upon himself to tell me that he would have to ask me to leave the store if I didn't provide such credentials because they had an incident. NONE OF MY FUCKING BUSINESS. My dog was calm and collected. I was in the store less than a minute before I was asked to leave. My lawyer is going to have a field day with this one. I have filed an official complaint with the company. Be careful if you have a service animal. Know your rights!

Unfortunately we had Marcos help us and left us hanging for 30 minutes to go to his break without telling us or having someone else help us. He was supposed to be helping us with a line transfer which was successful only because I asked someone else to help me otherwise no one came and communicated with us. I also wanted to trade in my phone and Marcos said I had to pay off my phone in order to do so. That information was FALSE after going to a different store with knowledgeable workers who told me i should only pay off half of my phone in order to get a trade in. IN CONCLUSION save your time and go to a different Verizon with people who actually KNOW what they're doing.

These people sold me a new iPhone 14 which happened to completely crash on its own (Never dropped it) exactly on the 30th day after purchase date. The screen did not respond no matter how many times I restart it. I came to this store to get a full refund on the same 30th day and these scammers refused to honor the 30 day refund Policy, even with insurance because they could not view the MPN number on the phone itself. Which is a problem they created. The MPN number is on their Verizon's Servers that's what they use to identify the phone when they first connect it but somehow they have no access to it. Their excuse was simply scammerish and unreasonable, they know these phones come with this major flaw but they refused to do anything about it besides cross their arms and look foolish. This is a total scam, these people now are forcing me to keep the broken phone and keep paying the monthly plan for 2 years even though the phone is garbage. I can't use the phone. But they give me a number to call for assistance? These people are clowns. It's time to boycott Apple and Verizon, these clowns are working together to scam the entire population.

Worst company, I was trying to switch carriers and they lie about there promotional starting. Was $30 per line. And they were trying to sold me a $100 monhtly service per line. Horrible. Bussiness

Don't waste your time with this business! Seriously I wish I would have read the reviews before deciding to go with them. For one, reaching a rep in the right department is ridiculous. You'll be redirected over and over and not to mention you're guaranteed to be on the phone at LEAST an hour and that doesn't even promise getting a solution to your call. I started off with a wireless land line and internet. Paid the initial bill of 230. Hooked up the internet and realized it wasn't suitable, returned it and got a higher gig one. Got an initial bill for THAT one of almost 200. That's a total of 430. The second one should of been under the umbrella of the first account since the full initial payment was made. Trying to explain that to a rep and they all act like they have no idea how to fix the problem. Yet I'm still getting charged monthly for both accounts. A total of almost 700 for 2 months!!! That's insane. Oh and did I mention that if they can't help you over the phone they pretend they can't hear you and just hang up on you! It shouldn't take a trip over to the location to resolve a bill issue.DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH VERIZON!!! Stay with T-mobile!!! You'll thank me later!!

45 minutes to return equipment. Workers just hanging out using their phones. Would give a 0 star if I could. Workers are also very rude.

Wow! This place truly sucks!!!! We had an appointment at 4 pm and it took them over an hour to take us! Why make an appointment for??? Horrible service. The worst store. I will not come back here
