Went in today and all the employees were standing at the register talking. One employee decided she was going to ask everyone around myself and my daughter if they were fine and ignored us. My daughter then looked at me and asked me why she didn’t ask us what did we do to her. We left after that

Went in today to get some more old schools good for me this was the last day of the buy one get half off sale so I was able to get two pairs and my second pair ended up only being 35 bucks pretty good deal if you ask me and they had two size 12s in black

Love shopping for shoes here. All the employees are very helpful and they always have great prices. I even lost a receipt ones and had to do an exchange and Josh helped me out. Great service all around and that's why this is my go to Vans store to shop!

This review is mainly because of the manager VIVIAN. My boyfriend and I went to to the store and picked out about 4 pairs of shoes. We asked for them to be placed on hold so that we could go do what we initially came to the mall to do and then go back to try on a few more pairs. When we came back, we picked out 2 more pairs, totaling 6 boxes of shoes and asked for the other shoes that were placed on hold. When we approached the counter, our shoes were not there, so my boyfriend told Vivian we had other shoes on hold and she immediately begin to show how annoyed and impatient she was about to become. She finally found the shoes and proceeded to open the boxes really fast to check the sizes, she roughly put each shoe back in the box and then smashed the tissue paper back down and closed the box and did that with each box. Mind you, we are not happy about that as we keep our shoes In the boxes and like the paper neat. My boyfriend has thousands of family points so he wanted to redeem some and asked what "gifts" they had to offer. She gave a huge attitude and mentioned a few things as if those were his only options and didn't offer to show him what they had. Every time he has asked, the employees always pull the stuff out and let him see and choose what he wants. Vivian was so bothered and even after being asked, she only pulled out things just slightly so that he could see after leaning over the counter to get a look at what she showed him. She never pulled the stuff out, and never gave eye contact whatsoever. She was rushing him and even said out loud to one of the associates, "start locking up" but it was before 7pm on a Monday. She was more worried about the customers behind him then focusing on the one in front of her and he spent just under $300 there. After we left the store I called and she happened to pick up the phone. I asked who the manager was and she said she was so I said ok well who is the store manager and after 3 or 4 attempts she refused to answer me and said she couldn't give out that information. The next day I spoke with the assistant manager and she was happy to answer my questions and was very kind and helpful. So thanks to her for that. My boyfriend has purchased vans for over 20 years and even gets limited edition shoes from out of the country (year of the pig). He has his shoes stacked in his closet and the way Vivian handles the boxes was careless and frustrating. Vivian is rude, condescending, and needs more training because in customer service, there is no need to treat customers that way no matter what. How does she even carry the manager title? I will be in contact with corporate, also will be returning the shoes that we bought and taking our business to a store that shows their customers appreciation.

good store!! absolutely loved my experience, and i bought the green sandy liang shoes!! (i forgot what they’re called), but they have cute little blue flowers on them!! I hope vans and sandy do more collabs in the future!! I’ll definitely be buying. though when i was trying on a different pair of shoes there was a piece of chicken, pepperoni, and a piece of bread in there?-though i loved the shoes that i bought lmao (not the ones with food in it pls-)
