Only had one postal worker helping customers, he was busy helping someone that had a lot of packages. Then the guy who handles passports helped a couple with their passports and left when he was done. I was waiting 30 minutes and there was a long line behind me. It’s unbelievable how understaffed a post office is! What’s even more unbelievable is that an employee that handles passports can’t ring people up. I left and will never come back to this post office.

Some of the workers here are super chill and helpful (like Eric), but Ruben seems to enjoy providing the worst, most sarcastic service possible. Not helpful or friendly at all. Shared incorrect information on multiple occasions. If you can go to a different post office, I would.

I went to this location this morning and was extremely harassed by a worker who wasn't even on shift. I live around the corner so this is my postal location I was waiting outside for my grandma parked slightly incorrect but it was a quick stop so I waited there I was not obstructing the entrance AT ALL! and an off duty postal worker took it upon herself to tell me to move. I politely let her know I was waiting there momentarily for my elderly grandmother and would be moving shortly. She processed to begin telling into my car that I need to move immediately because she said so and it didn't matter whom I was waiting for. Granted my parking was a little off but not only was she off duty she had absolutely no right to say anything to me. I'm a customer n she's not on duty mind your business. It felt more racially charged by the things she said to me that I can't repeat! But she is American and I'm African American so I knew what she meant and it was inappropriate!

Several times I receive the notice that my package was put in the mailbox and when I check my mailbox I don't find anything, I live in apartments there is no way for someone to open and take the order several times the neighbors have come to deliver letters and packages that The postman left it in another mailbox but not everyone does it. I expect more attention when leaving shipments in the mailboxes. Thank you.

Whoever is in charge of your website and whoever is in charge of schedules needs to be replaced. Clearly it says on the website it’s open “Full Service”and in green from 10 to 1pm Saturday. Nothing about being closed. People have to travel there waste gas time just to find the doors locked who is running or managing this place???!! don’t even deserve my 1 star -⭐️

Worst service!! Canceled my appointment three times because they had no one working for passport pictures but have the days available online where they tell you to schedule..don’t know when’s a good day for them because they never have workers. Don’t waste your time coming here they’ll just tell you the same thing..make another appointment.

This post office should be closed down... They have 8 booths here and only one guy attending a line full of customers very slowly.. Like a snail trying to cross overt he border.. Real slow..Some B.S place..My 85 year old grandma will run this place at high speed..No overtime..Done...

Their post man constantly break down my mail box lock and then didnt deliver my mails to my mailbox with this execuse! I called to USPS and complained about it and went to this office and talked to their manager but it didnt worked! I am tired of their irresponsible delivery men. And because the mail man didnt delivered my mails for over one week so I lost a lot of deadlines that I needed to send the forms before yesterday! But just I got my mail today after I went to local post office and complain to their manager!
Without any doubt this local post office is the worst ones! Always my important federal mails get lost and never delivered to my mail. I also lost deadlines this time because their mail man didnt delivered my mails for one week and today he looked to my eyes and lied to me he said:” I only didnt deliver your mails on Saturday” while I received emails from USPS that informed me my mails delivered but he kept my mails and didnt delivered them to my mailbox only after two times yesterday and today I went to post office and his manager called him he had to give me my mails thar he holded for one week! He is rude and he doesnt care about people’s mails

Made an online 1:15pm appointment for passport service . Arrived at 1:05pm & was told by the staff there that she was going to leave for lunch when she's done with the person ahead of me. I told her it was my lunch break & I had to get back to work. She told me that I should reschedule to another day or I could wait for her to come back from lunch. What's the point of making appointment then? I had to wait 3 weeks for this appointment. Ended up making another appointment 3 weeks from now at a different location. Hopefully I won't have to go through this experience again.
