A girl who was at the front desk was rude, I’m not even sure why. She was absolutely not helpful, I would ask a question and she would give me a sharp, rude response and she would glare at me. Her whole demeanor was unnecessary and you could tell she hated working there. I came in last week and a guy at the front desk, probably middle-aged glared at me as well when I walked in. I didn’t do anything to either of them but both of their customer service was terrible, the younger men that work there seem nice and helpful, however.

I've had 2 Amazon returns that had to be made here and both times was specially told by Amazon that a box was not needed. Now the first return was a large package so I purchased a box giving the store the benefit of the doubt even though Amazon did state a box was not needed. The second time I had a return here on a separate day I was again told a box was needed. Now this item was not large so I rejected their claim knowing they were just trying to get me to purchase one of their boxes. Do not go here they are just trying to deceive there customers using scammy business practices.

Hard working staff. Went on my lunch break like most people but they get you in and out of there in no time. Now I know where to go for my Amazon returns. Great value. Service Requested for sending out was 10/10.

Apparently no one can be bothered to explain what ups simple rate is. Like I'm not neuro-typical, and I have the common sense to Google it. And I did after leaving the store annoyed, would not have been hard, and there were enough pauses in conversation to do so.

Always at the Downey ups returning Amazon packages and shipping out items. Workers are always patient and helpful. They are very quick to help people get in and out which is great since I'm always in a hurry.

Últimamente los que trabajan en ese lugar solo van por su cheque no les importa dar un buen servicio lo ignoran por completo le pide ayuda a una mujer que trabaja ahí de los más arrogante cuando le pide ayuda para conectarme al wife y sacar el label de devolución he ido a otros lugares y me han ayudado a hacer las devoluciones pero aquí no lo recomiendo a mi gente hispana Lately, those who work in that place only go for their check, they don't care about providing good service, they completely ignore it, they ask for help from a most arrogant woman who works there when she asks for help to connect to the wifi and get the return label I have gone to other places and they have helped me to make the returns but here I do not recommend it to my Hispanic people

Best UPS store. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, polite & knowledgeable. I'm a senior & they always help me with the tech stuff. They are awesome!They're my heroes ❤️

I'm coming to these location for the past 5 years. Service is great and I'm in and out in few minutes. Staff amazing. Thank you for everything you do for the costumers. I'll be back.

I had went in today about 1:30pm to drop off my return for Nike. I was expecting it to be super busy thankfully as soon as I walked in I was able to walk right up to the cashier right away. I wish he had a name badge on because he was so friendly and had me in and out within a couple minutes. The store was very clean and organized and I like how it was not out of my way after going to Michaels at the Downey Landing.

Been here a few times and every time I had a good experience. I think people forget that when you walk in the door of an establishment you need to leave the negativity outside. Don’t bring in your negativity into any place and you’ll leave with a good experience.

Had to return an Amazon package. Siri said this was the nearest UPS store. Walked in. Was greeted right away. All staff wearing masks. Scanned my label. Asked me if I wanted a receipt. Said yes. He said he would tape up the box for me. A few hours later got a notification that I received my refund. Nice! Easy peasy. Great service. Parking sucks. Reduced spaces. But I know that has morning to do with the store and more the strip mall. Can't have it all I guess. The question is but why not?!?! I'll be back.

The customer service was almost as if they didn't want my business. Felt really uncomfortable. I asked if I'd be receiving a tracking number and the associate helping me replied yes unless you want me to throw it away.. I really wanted to just grab my items and go. Hope others have a better experience.
