I tried to do the right thing by returning a misdelivered package to this UPS Store, but instead of assisting, they just handed me a phone number to call, essentially making it my problem. Disappointing experience when I was only trying to help the person who wrote the wrong address which got delivered to mine.

I really like going into the store and be helped right away. I will use UPS at Firestone Blvd again.
