The employee helping me was complaining the entire time because I had brought “too many” packages. Annoyed comments, huffing and puffing, sighing, super unprofessional. It was busy and it was only him behind the counter so I get it, but also my packages took the same amount of time as some of the customers services ahead of me (passport, documents, etc) and he seemed to be respectful towards them.

Worst post office ever! They need a new team. They take their sweet a*s time. I came and there was only 1 person helping and 6 other ppl waiting ahead of me. The Asian lady working there was helping someone and the customer stepped out to talk on the phone and was waiting 15 min. Not trying to help someone else in the meantime the customer is done. I asked if she can help the next person and said no. She's is on The clock and doesn't care about customer service. We don't have time to be waiting!!! I grabbed my packages and left. This is the worst post office in existence.

Every time I come here they take forever to help you. The only reason I come here is because it's near my place. Otherwise I would go somewhere else.

Standing in line this morning I could hear how caring, thorough, and patient each employee was with the customers. My turn in line gave me Cristen. She is customer focused and detail oriented. Plus, she is so pleasant to talk to. That's why I had to ask her for her name. She is great. Thank you for your time.

Website says lobby is open 24hrs but it closes after regular hours. Why would the official website be incorrect :(

The staff is amazing! I don’t know why people don’t like them but when I go they are kind and will help you get whatever you need shipped. A great place honestly

Terrible. Maria was complaining out loud she needed a break. Then take a break. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from the post office

The whole staff does a great job! I recommend this post office especially Pete and Maria. There is always long lines but that's not their fault. USPS should hire more workers since people complain about the wait here. Give them a break. Maria is very welcoming and her making conversation with people doesn't make the line move any slower. If you're in a hurry come earlier. Not sure what to say. Thanks everyone at this location for always helping me out :)

Came to the post office today and I didn’t know what to do this being my 1 st time shipping something. I didn’tKnow what size bike to use bubble wrap so I want to ask David and David out to help me out first thing he said was don’t worry I got you and I’m gonna make this less painful he took care of all of my shipping needs great customer service thank you so much.

Very careless i had to wait 2 months for a package a lakers and dodgers championship hat special and limeted edition hat from fanactics gets delievered to the post office my package of all people mine got miss placed and was given to another random person i had to wait that long just to wait another 2 months i wouldnt recomened this post office make sure to deliver it to your house next time these people are retarded and dont know what there doing very careless

The workers are kind however one of them talks to much so is always a super long line is always only two of them. The female worker should focus more on getting the line going instead of having long conversations with customers.

Maria is rude, condescending, and overall just terrible at customer service. I’ve been coming to this location for years, but every time I go Maria is constantly belittling customers with backhanded compliments or reprimanding customers for “wasting her time”. I have gotten her multiple times, she would ask all sorts of questions and when I would respond she would tell me “unless it’s important don’t talk to me it’s distracting me” after she just asked me tons of questions. Followed by complaining about how she has not had a break yet and wants to go on lunch yet the line was backed up because she will engage in long conversations with other customers. I’ve never had a need to post on this topic but it has crossed the point where she is just being rude to customers and not actually being helpful, especially those that might actually need help with shipping, money orders, etc. I’m beyond disappointed by this location solely based on how many times she has been disrespectful not only to me but also to other customers that she has “assisted” while I wait in line.

Keep, loosing or retaining my mail all the time!!!. They also, put someone's else mail in my P. O. Box ; so, my mail gets retained, lost, or misplaced in a regular bases!!!. NOT GOOD!!!
