If you get into an accident or someone tows your vehicle to this location, don’t use this place specifically because they charge a lot after one day of sitting for 275 inside their police impound, than it’s 175 per hour/day after it hits 5pm for your car sitting inside their yard! front desk employee is very rude, some workers inside are rude to you & they have horrible customer service unless they like you.Service: Car towing

The owner pulled one of our trucks off the freeway and broke the oil pan of the engine spill all the oil on the street and refused to provide his insurance information to open a claim to fix the damage he did.Service: Special vehicle towing

If you can avoid this place at all costs please do. My 19 year old niece had her car towed in a vehicle accident. Her and my mom tried calling to get further information on the towing costs in Spanish. My mom needed her glasses to be able to see the vin number, and passed the phone to me so I can provide the information. At this point the lady has made it extremely clear that only the registered owner would be able to proceed further in any decision making with the vehicle. I informed her that she made that clear already and that we were trying to get information on the costs. For being a business, they are incredibly unprofessional, she started talking over and yelling and ended up hanging up on me. When I called back, her first thing was "oh so now you can speak in English" I was completely taken back by that and appalled. This lady is on an extreme power trip, we were just looking to obtain information on the costs for the towing and further more. If you can't be professional, and answer minimum costs questions, and are going to treat people differently based on what language they speak, do yourself a favor and do not work in any type of customer service. Get your car towed by another provider please, save yourself of having to deal with such unprofessional service. If I can give negative stars I would. I believe the lady mentioned her name was Mrs hatch or something like that, must be fake. Seemed she did not want to provide the name, when being asked.

The owner is rude as f*** and don't know how to run a professional business. And scams every single person that gets towed there. Don't know how to talk to people. And just want money from hard working people.

office was "close" on saturday and sundaytheres was a 100$ fee to bring "someone" to the office then send back to the police department to get a release another 170$had to drive 3 times to downey police station to get a release 500$ for 3 days and towing fee this is just a scamno fees displayed on the placejust stay away from this place!!

I'm in the process of suing this company in small claims court because of this company's DISHONESTY. I will make sure I notify any police department and city officials of this companies deceptive practices. I have a witness from my insurance company and a witness from the.company that picked up my vehicle and everything has been documented.Service: Car towing

Truck was stolen and recovered by chp, they called for a truck from this company to tow my truck from an embankment after the individual who stole the truck went off the road. Victim of crime due to theft of my truck and also victimized by this company for charges of a service they did not render. Filed a complaint with chp about the situation, they charged me extra money for a truck that was not used claiming they needed two trucks, chp verified with officer on the scene that they only needed one truck and it had to be a flatbed truck. They sent the wrong truck but still added the charge to my fees, I would've been more than happy to pay whatever services the one truck rendered that was actually used but I had to pay the full balance to get my truck back so that extra fees could not be added.

My car was totaled by a dd and it got towed to Titan. Everyone that I spoke to and those who helped me were all extremely kind and understanding as it was my first time dealing with something like this. They let me grab any items I needed from my vehicle with no issues. I have absolutely no complaints at all!
