JCpenney needs to have a more control supervising this location I don't understand why they have a book your appointment online, give you an stylist mines was supposed to be ANGELA NAVARRO when then she would call me to tell me it's late for the type of service, they need to reschedule me and then proceed to tell me they have no time available like WTF? All the time slots online are available how are you telling me theres no time! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! GO ELSEWHERE!

I came in to JCPenney Salon for a trimmed with Virginia Rosario and let me tell you she was amazing. I show her a picture of what I wanted and she deliver I will be returning to her in 3 months. If you are hesitant in coming in don’t be cause she is awesome.Service: Haircut

okay so i am super picky about my hair and who cuts it so it's always very long because of how hesitant i am. i usually cut my hair with instyle in montebello and last year i decided to give this location a try. this is my second time visiting both times were great yesterday though Manny cut my hair for the first time and i have never trusted someone with my hair more! my hair got so dull and dry when i got highlights at some random salon a couple months ago and yesterday Manny gave my hair the life it had before haha! i asked for layers as i always do and he did an amazing job! my hair was no longer dull and dry it was so soft again and it felt so great! he also recommended me some great products for my hair. when you go ask for Manny he will go above and beyond!!! i'm absolutely in love with my hair. i completely forgot to take pictures right out of the salon but this is my hair now still very soft!

The best,aura was the girl that did my hair,,she took her time did it how I wanted cut blow dry ,she even styled it,I was able to get a appointment the next day,everyone was really nice the salon was very clean,I just love it ill definetly be be going back.Services: Hair coloring

Had an appointment for a consultation, and arrived 15 mins early. Despite trying to make myself be seen, no one looked up to acknowledge my presence and there was no one at the desk/reception area. Felt invisible for about 15 mins and if that's my welcome, then I am taking my business elsewhere.

I'm a long time customer. A lot of the ladies who cut my hair have even retired. I go back because the stylists are great! They're courteous, knowledgeable, and can help avoid a hair catastrophe. I'll keep returning.

Ashley Salazar...my apologies for the way you felt about my service, I did my best in making you and your daughter feel as comfortable as possible with my service. My express haircuts are $35 which does not include a hair wash, I did not happen to just throw that in on the bill, I usually ask if a wash is ok or is desired with no extra charge(we only charge for a hair wash when a client comes in for only that). I do remember answering many questions you had about your daughter's curly hair and I tried to be as helpful as possible, it's too bad my service was not to your satisfaction. I hope you give me the opportunity to service you again with a complimentary wash & blowdry added to an xpress cut. Also, we do have 3 different stylist levels: designer stylist cuts at $22, senior stylist cuts at $27, or myself master stylist cut at $35. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon! - Angela
