Everyone was really nice and helpful!
They had the hat I was looking for.
I didn’t realize they closed at 7pm, but I called the store and they were very understanding and so kind to wait for me after they closed.
Love that they have a lot variety.
Definitely recommend them!

Thus place is legit. ? They have some real heat ???? My wife both were extremely impressed with the great selection for all sports, organization of the store, The display of the items, The friendly helpful service. Family owned ??? We will be back to shop for even more items.

Not a fan of this place I've been here like 2 times, the place is small and they have so many people working there and just standing and staring at you. Every 2 minutes they kept asking me do you need help? It got pretty annoying.

Awesome store, found 2 hats that I was looking for, one through Instagram and another while I was in store. Staff is very friendly and will definitely be returning to purchase more hats. 5 star apparel shop!

Walking into the locker room of Downey felt like stepping into Dodgers heaven! As a Dodgers fan, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. This store offers a more extensive selection of Dodgers merchandise than you can find even at Dodgers Stadium itself. From the moment I entered, the ambiance was inviting, filled with a vibrant display of team spirit and an array of gear that catered to every fan's dream.
The highlight of my visit was the warm and personable service provided by Ivan and his family. They were not only knowledgeable about the products but also exuded a genuine enthusiasm that made the shopping experience exceptionally delightful. Their friendliness and expertise made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for, and they went out of their way to ensure every customer felt welcomed and valued.

The employees here should be trained a lot better before giving out information, especially to people who call in. I specifically called and asked if I could purchase something online and have someone pick it up for me the same day. I made sure to ask before making the purchase online. I was told that if I ordered online that it would be available for pickup the same day by a female employee on the phone. She said all i had to do was put the pick up persons name in the note section. I did just that and when the person went to pick up the order they were told that we were given the wrong information and that even though my payment went through and I was given an invoice stating payment was successful that they couldn't give me the items even though the items were clearly in the store.... Not only that but ALEX was extremely disrespectful and felt the need to call people names, laugh at the inconvenience of the person driving out there to pick up the items (which was told was ok by the female employee in the first place!!) and he even was taunting the customer in the store in front of other people. I called the store to see why my items couldn't be picked up like I was told and ALEX answered the store phone and let me state that at first he acted like he was another employee until I asked him what his name was and he started stuttering, and he finally said " I was the one involved in the altercation earlier" then he went on to say that he knows that he was rude, but he really didn't care because he felt offended by somebody, asking him questions about his own store policies and didn't know what to say so he said he got defensive. Alex clearly admitted to being in the wrong, but did not want to rectify the situation still.... Fast-forward to a few days later. (Today) I finally got a call back from a lady who would not state her name. She just said I heard that you want your money back I said it's not about the money it's about your employees extreme unprofessionalism and she stated she didn't care what happened and I finally was able to get a refund ... the store is extremely unprofessional and it seems like it's ran by a bunch of people who have issues with dealing with customers. It seems like they put their emotions first before custom service. They have no level of professionalism at all and they definitely don't know how to find solutions, instead they blame the customer for their misinformation amongst themselves. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.. A little bit of advice to this company, they should definitely get rid of this Alex guy before their business really goes under.

She makes sure you are taking the right size and makes sure you look right in what you are looking for. I would ask for her and have her walk you around all the hats they have. I found this store online and I highly recommend buying from them, I had a problem with one of the hats I bought online it was totally my fault grabbing the wrong size but they were very professional exchanging me the correct size, I would be buying more items from them in the future.
