If I could give them a 0 I would. Bad Customer service after spending $2000 CAD. They act as if they are here for you but it took like a Whole month to actually reach someone. After a little many emails and me willing to pay to get a replacement part they are no longer willing to help. I heard they a good company but I will take my business else where. Thank you Tein USA

Struts were missing a nut and a collar. Adrian from TEIN refused to replace them. They claim it was shipping damage, but they can't prove that they even put them on the strut because they should have been screwed onto the shaft like the others. Shame, literally costs them pennies to replace and they refused on a brand new set of struts.

Tein Coilovers Over Rated I Had My Tein Coilover for a little over two years and had nothing but problems with my suspension and then going to tein usa there just trying to sell you. No Positive Help didnt take accountbilty basic tryed to blame it on me don't waist Your Money Live And Learn. JUNK

Had some issues w/ installation, found out it was MY fault (not reading instructions thoroughly), they politely pointed out the problem and even helped with remedy solutions as well, making me feel well taken care of
