This review is not based on their tax prep...simply on their service. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone and found him to be rude. Perhaps, he was having a bad day, but don't take it out on people calling for information about the company YOU work for. Please do not message me on Yelp. It is crazy to see Moises multi task so well. He holds a very interesting conversation with you while completing your taxes and before you know it you are ready to be out the door. I have received nothing but prompt responses from his office. Everyone is very professional and friendly. They are all about customer service!
