Absolute scumbags work here. PLEASE READ! My very first experience was okay, but this last time was truly awful. I was given a ton of misinformation, and Felix straight up lied to me, while taking nearly $500 of my money for something I could've done on TurboTax FOR FREE. He claimed to have saved me over $1200, but I was shown the exact same amount of a return when I inputted my information on TurboTax. So, I was out $500 for nothing!I owed money from 2021, and was owed money in 2022. He assured me I would receive my full 2022 refund, and the IRS would contact me about a payment plan for 2021's debt. This was great because I could start paying off my debt, while still getting some much needed immediate money. A Win Win. However, the IRS intercepted the entire amount of my refund (which by the way, was nearly $600 less than what Felix told me it would be). So, I am left with zero money from my taxes, and I still owe money. So, between the $600 short refund amount, and the $500 I gave them, I'm out $1100 with NO REFUND hitting my account.I would greatly discourage anyone from giving their business to Felix & his team.

This place is absolutely inconsi . I scheduled an appointment to file my taxes with them over 4 months in advanced only for them to call back and ask to reschedule 3 times. It was a time sensitive matter at which they had no concern for. I was so excited to file with them. But they disappointed everytime .

Would not recommend.We were scheduled to do our taxes and we were never called back. We had to pay penalties to the IRS for being late. These company does not respect their clients and do not keep their promises. I would stay away.

Got my taxes done here and they were done incorrectly. I've called multiple times and kept being told felix would call me back. never did he and now it looks like i'm stuck with a bill from the irs. find somewhere else to get your taxes done

I came in the other day, for the first time & met with Felix Ismael. He was able to get me on the right track, Felix took the time to break things down for me, so I could understand. He even helped me out with my W-4, Felix explained what I was doing wrong & the best way to fill out the form for my benefit. Felix and his staff are true professionals, and for that I'm truly grateful for. I'll be back for many years to come..

I had the same preparer for ten plus years in my hometown Santa Barbara. One day at work, I heard a coworker bragging about his tax preparer to another person. I asked him for the guys name and number. He’s name is Felix, he said. So I Called Felix and made the appointment.Three weeks later, I drove nearly 3.5 hours to our appointment, I was late because of traffic; They had closed the 101 south and his office is in Downey. I kept updating his office about my ETA and he waited for me almost a full hour.Once in his office he took the time asking all the right questions in preparation of the Income Tax.Not for one second he was upset that I was late. He was happy I made it. We did two years of Taxes and he will re-due my 2019 because he figured he can do better than my previews tax preparer.Felix is very profesional, I am very happy with his service and, he speaks Spanish too!! I highly recommend him.

I was recommended to get my taxes done here and to go to Lorraine. I did my taxes here for the first time this year and Lorraine was great! She made sure I got what I could and gave me tips for next tax season so that I'll be better prepared! I usually just do it myself but I'm so glad I went to her this year because I obviously didn't know what I was doing. Thanks Lorraine for helping me out this year!

Been contacting this place speaking to Jeanette who prepared my taxes. I've been struggling to have her send my taxes documents via mail or email. Been over a month and I still have seen anything in the mail. She was fast to charge me but slow to mail out my documents

Tax Guy Albert is my tax guy for the last two years, and for the foreseeable future. He is professional and knows the tax code. He's helped get my taxes back on track and makes sure I take full advantage of every break, deduction and credit that I qualify for. He is slammed with clients during tax season so book your appointment early.

Customer beware - I paid for the owner Albert to file an amended return and he never provided the service. He strung me along for months and never returned my calls. Office is full of crooks!UPDATE: I reached out to the owner Albert and he is working with me on a positive resolution. When the matter is resolved I will provide an update. If my original dealings weren’t so good I wouldn’t continue to reach out.
