I've been filing tax with Diane Jara for two years. It's very different from my previous experience. Diane is very efficient and precise on her job. We have had our fair share of tax professionals. Every time we have switched over, we stay with them for 2-3 years. That's usually a good time frame we feel, you can ensure quality, knowledge, efficiency, integrity and price. Diane and everyone @ 411-Tax take out vote hands down.We have never received a half answer, a insecure answer, a "sure, but it cost more, but I can do it, or even you can do it" answer. The IRS is no joke. If my CPA knows what they're doing and are able to answer all my "***** questions without making me feel d**** then you have found yourself a client for years to come.We travel from Riverside County and will continue doing so. Thank you 411-Tax staff!

Looking for a tax professional that is knowledgeable, friendly and throughly explains things is hard to find. Gloria was able to help and explain everything to my mom in Spanish which was a big plus. You should visit their site the owner use to work for the IRS. They’re also open year round so if you get an IRS letter they can help.
