This was my first time at speedycash in Downey and I didn’t know what I was doing. The workers there were so polite and friendly and professional. Bianca was the associate that helped me and when I told her I don’t know how to do this she walked me the process to make it simple for me. She was very professional and polite and asked me about Christmas plans and made me feel like a friend. What stood out to me was when returning customers showed up I heard the associates asking about their day and how certain family or work events went from their previous conversations from previous visits. I will definitely be returning to this location when I need another payday advance.
