I found this place while I was pumping gas and was really in need of a Pedicure and Full set during the COVID wave. I entered, they were very welcoming. The two lovely ladies I ended up with, Teresa for hands and Tammy for Pedi do an amazing work everytime! No regrets! Have been going to them ever since I stumbled onto them ? ?

I've been coming here since I was a little girl, and I feel like the quality of service has gone down. I went in for a dip manicure and they had me soak my hands in acetone for almost an hour to remove the previous color. No one was paying attention or checking on me, too busy being in the back room and talking. my hands and skin felt disgusting and so I had to get up, wash my hands and leave. So disappointed.

First time in this location and didn’t do my hw on how bad the paint job is. I was not going to post a review but after going and trying to settle this by getting a courtesy pedi they still charged me even after I told the owner (Mitchell) that it would be a courtesy for free that she had agreed on. Please be aware of this nail spa. Feel so bad for those people who have had the same situation. I should have ready the reviews before going but I didn’t ... now I know and now you know .

Please don't come here! No matter how desperate you feel. Someone put a review about how awkward and uncomfortable the vibes are at this salon. And that's EXACTLY HOW I felt! Not only they left my nails bulky and ugly. Worst experience I have had. And the lady that's tatted completely gives attitude. There is way too many nail salons so they can treat their customers that way.

It's definitely a no frills nail salon, but they are consistently kind and do a great job on my nails. Very consistent no matter who I get. Despite the no frills- the equipment is clean and after about 5 times here- I've never had any issues and always walk out with cute nails

4 stars for pedicurist Tiffany who is attentive and detail-oriented. As for the overall vibe, I give it 3 stars bc it doesn't look that clean and smells bad (with that harsh chemicals smell). I've been to nail salons that smell decent (probably with better ventilation). My biggest concern is the hygiene of the tools they use. I don't see them opening up a sterilized packet (like many places I've been to). She took out tools from a small box which makes me question their sanitation. The chairs also look old and beat up (with the filling materials exposed). They did not sanitize after a client left before having me sit down on the same chair. I'm a little hesitant about going back, but I really do like Tiffany. Sigh.

This is the second time I come here and the last. 1st - I witness the girl doing my manicure go to the sink and rinse the tools she used on me with NO soap or disinfectant. she walked with the wet box that was label "clean tools" and started working on some other girl. That is so fucken discusting not to mention how she might be spreading germs to other people. 2nd - the place is so dirty. The walls are full of dirt. Its a small crowded suite and dirty. Never again! Lesson learned for me, check out the place or call and ask if they sterilize tools before going.

1st class pedicures!!! Gave this place a shot after 2 previous salons were busy and I’m SO GRATEFUL to have found spa nails! they really care about your feet. For only $38 you get callus removed, a mint salt scrub, paraffin wax treatment and a massage! This will definitely be my new pedi spot if they keep it this good??

Low quality products/poor skills. Been here a few times, each my nails chipped or peeled within a week. Other places last me 3 weeks. Soaked my nails in acetone way too long and burnt my fingertips. Didn't cut or even file my nails last time. No lotion applied after manicure let alone hand massage. Don't waste your money or time.

I'm going to give it 3 stars because of the awkwardness and unwelcome vibes here. The woman at the front desk with the tatted sleeve was so shady and wasn't happy about the services I was asking for and made me uncomfortable as she and a few others kept staring at me, watching my every move. She also sits on her phone while ignoring her client. Very unprofessional. 2nd CON is that throughout the week I called twice to ask for prices just to make sure, and they change the price every time. As I'm getting my nails done I notice the people on the massage chairs getting pedicures look annoyed at the ladies working on their feet .... they're just cackling and having a ball... which I can understand, it's nice to have a coworker you're friends with on the job and who helps you look forward to going to work etc but do realize these clients go for the experience and to relax ... not to have you talk their ears off and scream of laughter. Another con about this salon is they just cannot wait to add $10 to anything in your service. I'm talking shouldn't you clean around the cuticles with any service package? I'd say that's the bare minimum.... it's ridiculous that they charge you extra when that should be a part of prep. Salons are losing it. If they don't cut the crap, they'll run out of business and home base nail techs will really win. Cici is your go - to girl for Dip powder. She's so gentle, attentive, perfectionist. I grew out my natural nails and they've gained some strength so I didn't want to compromise the health and integrity of my real nails and I made sure she knew that and she did her job, making the dip powder adhere without over drilling/ buffing my nails which I SO appreciated. I forgot the other woman's name, she is really tall and skinny, she wasn't too happy with the service I requested, I guess she wanted me to go all out and SPEND but I like to keep it natural and comfortable so I did pedi gel and two nail extensions. She kept murmuring about me at first. Anyway, I must give her some credit she is very gentle on the feet and careful, perfectionist as well. However she did remove my acrylic tips bc they popped off from trimming the length too soon before adhering completely..... so she prepped / drilled and buffed my nail beds AGAIN and the rest like twice which you aren't suppose to do.... she should do the pedicure and cleaning first then pop your feet out of the water so that she can prep your nails and remove oils / moisture. She did the opposite, she drilled / buffed then popped my feet back into the water and then drilled and buffed again afterwards. I expect them to be a little brittle upon removal. But that's ok because this visit I left with no cuts / burns. And she kept reassuring me and asking me if it's ok as she works which I appreciated. The first visit the feet situation was unpleasant with another woman as I had to keep correcting her and other ladies had to step in to fix the mistakes she's making and they would try to teach her in the moment.... which I understand but I go for the experience too, I don't want newbies/ or people who aren't good at their job working on me. Anyway If only these two can move to a different location I'd happily be a lifetime client. I will continue going only for these two ladies. It is a bit awkward because they ask you for a tip at the end ..... I prefer to willingly tip. It just makes me not want to but because of their job well done, I wanted to anyway. Keep in mind it is a degrading job, tip your nail techs! At least the ones doing feet. UPDATE..... 10 days later the dip on two nails have cracked and popped off exposing my natural nail. Do with this what you will. I'm not going back, overall uncomfortable experience, demanding of tips and quality of nails does not last.

I have been a customer of this place for 7 years. This is the second time that my nails look horrible after one day of my manicure. I understand that polish do not stand for more than 3-5 days but it's been only 1 day and my nails look horribles.
