This place has a very very limited shoe selection. They only have a few sizes of shoes and not that much variety to choose from. Tad bit more expensive than other places. Store is very old and outdated as well.

Two ladies in there are rude I simply said may I have a refund I do not have my receipt or could you put it back in my card and "no if you don't have receipt you can get a refund" I said okay so I asked if I could get my money back on my card like certain stores do and she says yelling at me no you can't get no refund just a exchange that's it, it was wrong how she spoke, I really didn't want to exchange because shoe city don't have a good selection of shoes they need to upgrade if I could rate them a zero trust me it'll be there.

why aren't there any recent reviews and why are they all bad/: i went to buy a new pair of shoes and the guy was really nice and patience. he helped me with my sizing for that certain shoe. they also have a wheel where you get a free spin after a purchase, you can win a free pair of shoes, store credit and another things! super cool (:
