This little out of the way paint store is my absolute favorite place to purchase my paint and painting supplies. After you find it you will never go to a large store to buy your paint. The store is well supplied, well organized and clean. The prices are reasonable and they have good sales which they offer to you even when you don't mention it. The employees are the best part of the store though. They are first of all so polite and helpful, even when they know you are only buying one can of paint and don't know what you are doing or need. They make sure you get exactly what you came in for. I appreciate the way each employee is willing to take the time to help me, even carrying one can of paint to my car for me. Thank you to each of you or making my painting experience a little easier.

On July 14, 2020, I went to the Sherwin-Willams Paint store at 9788 Firestone Blvd, Downey, to purchase a quart of semi-gloss clear-coat, but they had ran out. Ernie, the manager, made a phone call and told me he would have it for me the next morning, which he did. That's great service. Both Ernie and Angie have always been very nice, friendly, and professional with me.

Great place to go shop for paint and equipment, the staff is super friendly and helpful and by far one of the cleanest stores I've seen.

Started an impossible job 3 weeks ago. The client "mom and dad" started painting an office and on a visit after getting vaccinated I offered to help. Thank you Angie your help and patience. I would have never finished the job without her knowledge

Sherwin-Williams paint quality is the best. I've been using it for over 20 years and will continue to use it in the future . I've painted both inside and outside of my home with their paint.

Clean location, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Ordered quite a bit of paint, said wait would be about 20 minutes, but was prepared sooner. That was great! The store inside is clean, parking spacious. The only disappointment was not all staffer were wearing any masks, for this reason I did not give 5 stars for a five star service.

When things go wrong as they sometimes do, I was glad that Sydney was there to help save the day! She not only took care of the problem, but figured out a better solution and all is well thanks to her quick thinking and professionalism.

I've been to Dunn Edwards, Valspar and Bher.... the customer service is what really separates a paint store! Steven and Ernie are really helpful! Great guys and very prompt! I have relied in such much of their advice and knowledge on our projects. Not to mention, whenever I can't pick up the paint they offer to deliver my order to make sure my projects move forward!

Daniel and Helen really know their products and do their best to either have what you need on hand or grab it from another store. Walter shows up on time usually and is always willing to take care me.
