The worker was the worst ! I asked her if they had the product and said idk what we have our go check.?mmmm I did... I'm asking Incase I missed it. Then I asked her if they carried a specific oil .... She said not sure walked away...

Why do I always feel nervous when I walk into a Sephora. Even in my prime I just never felt like I had the knowledge to go shopping in there isn't that crazy? It's all fun and games when you're young and your skin is perfect and all you really need is lipgloss and mascara . I'm not no spring chicken anymore . Double chins are in full affect, and I need to contour ! Time to call in for the big guns. I need to worry about what I put on my face. My best friend and I had no idea that we were coming in here . We were not prepared for someone to be looking into our pores to say the least. Jerica made us feel so comfortable and helped us with our make up needs. Finally the first time that I feel that I belong here ! I'm a woman and women need Sephora! #5StarExperience #5StarJerica

Terrible service the manager guy and other guy are very RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL they need to be retrained for customer service. I would never go back .

I gave an EXCELLENT rating because I came into this store and was helped by 3 great Sephora employees by the names of Kaiah, Eileen and Jerica and let me tell you it was the best experience ever! They literally helped me with everything that I needed. They were very nice and had a lot of patience with me considering I went with my 3 kids but over all they did excellent and answered all my beauty questions. I originally came in for a return because my make up just wasn’t staying and I thought I was just about to give up on make up. But these 3 amazing ladies changed my mind and I left happy! I will be coming back to this store!

First time at the Sephora in Kohls located in Stonewood Mall. Eileen was great, very helpful and attentive. Though some of what we were shopping for wasn’t available, she gave great suggestions and managed to help everyone that was shopping without hesitation. Great customer service, well stocked on skincare brands and most of the popular makeup brands. Shopped here 4/21/23, will definitely be back again. Much better that when it was located in JCPenny

I came in to get color-matched on 1/21 (checked out at 3:28PM). There was a lady with curly orange-ish hair assisting another customer and I politely asked if she could help me when she was done. I waited patiently and walked around to look at other products while she finished. When I came back, I noticed she was helping other customers. I thought maybe they caught her off guard and she was being nice. I get it, I know how retail can be. So I waited some more, and this time stood in the general area she was in. Either she noticed me and ignored me or she didn't see me (which I don't believe because there weren't many people and the store is tiny + I'm literally just standing there haha). I finally gave up and decided to color match myself. When I went to check out, she was at the registers. I thought she would for sure recognize me. She asked "did anyone help you today?" I said no. Not even then did she admit she forgot about me or whatever. She didn't even look at me. I wasted so much time being there. The store itself is fine, but they were out of a lot of things. I'm sure other employees are great, but that lady needs more training or an attitude change asap.

Came in to find a new foundation and DJ was so helpful! She took her time to try and help me find my shade even though she had to also help with checkout. She made it a very positive experience! :)
