The fact that you guys allow people to surrender one animal only to adopt a different one is absolutely sickening!!!

Seaaca - By law you are supposed to work with rescues to make sure urgent dogs have a chance at life. Today, rescues were trying to save some very urgent dogs. We were on the phone for over 2 hours and your line just disconnects after that. One of our team members finally got through but you hung up on her. We sent emails at 12PM (it is now 3 hours later). We cannot save animals if you are not willing to set up proper communication. We demand that you make the necessary changes. I will be reaching out to your director as I expect answers to your appalling system.

Do not come here, heartless organization. They don’t even give owners a day to find their loved ones. They kill faster than any shelter. Saw them dump kittens in the park late at night more than 1 witness. Unsanitary & a lot of disease. Do not support.

Very friendly staff the vet was young and took her time doing the evaluation, as well as the check up. We laughed because she asked if my cat had being nutter, then she laughed loudly and said there they are he has them the size of a green pea.

This place is basically a kill camp. They euthanize dogs basically everyday or every other day, healthy dogs, puppies, and they don’t give old or sick dogs a chance. Several dogs be there only a couple days before being put on the euthanasia list. They HAVE space but euthanize all the time anyway. I called today to ask why they euthanize even though they have space and she couldn’t be bothered and didn’t answer my question. LAW NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED. this place needs to be shut down or have BIG changes.

I called and reached out to them about my Doberman that was on their page they said they couldn't do anything because he was getting adopted. So my dog of 1.5 - almost 2 years just got divided from me. His ears are cropped and his tail is cropped as well. I just hope whoever got my Boy Dexter takes care of him, he likes to be walked 3-4 times a day and loves to be scratched under his chin he's super good and I just wish I was able to find out they had him sooner.... was only gone for 3 days he is chipped but I don't want to have to pull up on the new owners.

Today at 70 yrs old, I struggled to get my cats in carriers and down my stairs into my car in the pouring rain. I took two of my cats to get vaccines at Seaaca. Hours are 9:00AM-3:00PM. I got there at 10:30. There was a moderate line, not too long. I stuggled again to get my hefty cats out of my car and onto a pull cart because they're too heavy for me to carry. There was a man walking to the line in front of me. Just was we got in line a man comes and puts a closed sign in front of the man who was ahead of me and already in line. He said they ran out of vaccines! What! What! He didn't even count how many dogs/cats were in line. It's pouring rain and I had to walk back to my car a block away with my two heavy cats in their carriers. Why would they run out of vaccines that early and why didn't he count how many dogs vs. cats waiting in line?I actuallyu didn't even see anyone with cats. Rediculous! If I could give zero stars I would.

Don’t know why google has this labeled as a “cat shelter” when it’s a cat killer central. Everyone working here is going to hell

I have a cat to give as a gift and I was thinking of taking it to this place because I had heard that it was a good place, but I started to see the many comments that talk about how real this place is, it scares me" that they are racist and very arrogant, that makes me very sad..... He asked me why all those who have suffered this do not unite and denounce this organization that is supposed to help animals and they treat people and animals very badly, it is not fair to denounce this fake organization to be investigated and the staff receive what they deserve
