I had appointment at 1:00. I showed up on time and was told the mechanic was on lunch and wouldn't be back till 1:30. Mechanic got back from lunch and worked on my car for over an 1 and half. Horrible customer service and too long waiting for my car.

Suggestions for improvement:
1. Identify actual problems and provide a clear quote.
2. Be transparent about pricing to build customer confidence.
3. Reduce waiting time for both inspections and repairs.
4. Give a precise quote instead of a vague estimate to avoid confusion.
5. Provide a list of repair costs for better customer understanding and decision-making.
6. Let customers see the issues with mechanics to build trust.
7. Ensure staff are knowledgeable to prevent misinformation and delays.
8. Educating customers on when to request routine maintenance is crucial for building long-term relationships. It helps them stay proactive with vehicle care, leading to trust and loyalty, while also preventing costly repairs down the line. Clear guidance on maintenance schedules will keep customers engaged and coming back regularly.

The best care I can get. As a new car owner I don’t know anything but when I get my oil change they usually tell me what else I need done, with a free quote and they help me when my tires have low pressure . It’s greatly appreciated.

Cesar at Discount Tires in Downey is amazing! Great customer service. I made an appointment,
dropped off my car, and recurve a phone call on the status of my car where he explained everything that was done to my car, and additional things that needed to be taken car of.
Once my car was ready, I went to pick it up and he offered additional services, but wasn't pushy about it. The waiting room was nice, clean, and cold since it's August and the sun was blazing outside. Cesar and the team here are great and I will definitely be coming back.

I had a fantastic experience at the Discount Tire in Downey! My two front tires were in TERRIBLE condition, and i left the shop on WONDERFUL, reasonably-priced new tires! Store manager David Argueta and his crew provided EXCELLENT and QUICK service! I could not be happier with my purchase!

Terrible experience! I scheduled an appointment for oil change for 1 pm. It took 3 hours to get the oil change. My sugar levels rose causing anxiety and a terrible headache!
I will never do any business with this company. This was my experience... hopefully no one has the same experience at this location.
