How do I rate Sarah without sounding like a paid advertisement? She had my best interest at heart during the entire transaction. Since I did not live in California, she handled everything for me and I do mean everything. She found contractors to fix certain problems what were required to bring the house in a condition to sell. She handled everything that came up with professionalism. She was very responsive whenever anything did come up. I cannot say enough good things about this Real Estate agent. If you are looking for a great agent and have no idea who to choose, I would highly encourage you to work with her. I lucked out when I found her. She is Awesome.

Sarah is an outstanding realtor! She helped my husband and I purchase our first home during the pandemic. She was extremely reliable, an excellent communicator at all times and was very knowledgeable about the home buying and selling processes. Sarah is a pleasant and easy-going person to work with. Outstanding, highly passionate, and driven Realtor! Sarah is truly amazing. She successfully managed to market our home (800K +) in Downey using latest in social media and professional photography. She gave us best terms of sale with home sold in less than 5 weeks after listing on market. We could not have asked for better trustworthy partner than Sarah in one of our most important financial transactions. As a first time anxious seller, she ensured to explain everything in detail starting from listing, pros and cons of open house, critical and important buyers showings, etc. She was extremely sharp with residential contract negotiations, all contingency removal, etc.We did not had to worry about repairs after home inspection (critical step). She got the repairs fixed for us with the help of her contracted workers. More importantly, she goes extra mile to understand repairs required in detail by working on it herself. She kept us updated every step through home showings, offers, escrow process and worked proactively with us, buyers agent , escrow team given her excellent communication skills.MY family is very grateful to her.
