First time here. My wife and elderly mother walked in and I stayed in the car. They approached the cashier who never bothered to get up from behind the counter to assist them .They just pointed to we're the items they needed might be because they were to busy on their cell phones . Other customers arrived and received same service. The store was empty when we arrived now I know why . I give them No star's.

Wow- I know that sometimes you f gira get hired but you must always have someone that can help you-- I just walked out to young ladies not of any help what's so ever chatting away like nothing. I asked for help and I might as well been working there myself- I wanted to forgot to the Sally's that was closer to my home but I drove a little further to see how this store was --never again sorry Sally's owner I call it how it is.

Just want to recognize an employee Suzie! Hard working individual had a bad day cause she had to open and close the store with no help cause of call offs. Had an interaction with her at first that seemed argumentative cause I couldn't get my order processed cause the store was closing soon. But the next day I went and picked up order, she was very attentive and apologized for the previous day. She's the type of employee any Manager will be lucky to have on their team. Oh and store is stocked up with almost all your cosmetic needs and they give good discounts and found better than Amazon.

Sally Beauty is well known title in the world of beauty. This particular store is well taken care of by the ladies working there. They provide good advice and recommendations.

I went in on Sunday evening looking for a couple of things and searched and searched didn't find what I needed and left. I had thought about asking one of the employees for help, but they didn't seem to acknowledge me or want to be bothered by customers, I basically stood next to a girl in one of the aisle and clearly couldn't find what I was looking for, I looked at her and she just acted like I was invisible so I left and out the door two employees just stood there no thank you, no have a good day, like as if they could care less. They should be a bit more approachable.

Placed an online order & read the email that the store hours were from 9am-9pm & to pick up order before 9pm. It is 8pm & the store is closed. I showed them that i just had to pick up an online order. Super inconvenience & a waste of gas money. They should update their hours on the confirmation email BEFORE people go pick their order up. Canceling the order. Lakewood location is way better & the employees aren't rude.

I only review when the customer service is extremely bad or extremely good and the girl with the short bob hair purple is so passive aggressive. I wanted to bleach my hair and was buying the things and she made a rude comment and was very passive aggressive . Every time I come in to dye my hair or get something she always makes little comments. Hire new people unless you WANT help, your employees shouldn't be bothering the customers making comments.

came here to buy a wax kit and the older lady with short short hair with purple highlights greeted me and helped me find what i need . Which was great but ..... she then made a rude comment about my dog and i saying we look like white chicks wth is that . I feel completely insulted which is not alright if you want your customers to come back treat with them respect seemed like the lady is miserable at work if you don't like working there find a new job and respect your customer don't recommend this sally's rather drive to south gate smh

I pass the store all the time and didn't realize they were even there! No more will I have to order my manic panic online! They had a huge variety of alternative hair color brands, it was exciting to see!! The employee that helped me out was so sweet and kept offering me tips, even though I've been dying and bleaching my hair for 25 years. I appreciated her helpfulness and enthusiasm. No idea what her name was, But she had pink hair and jewels on her eyes. So kudos to her! Anyway, was happy to get everything I needed to change my hair from neon green to Forrest green & black! I'll be back!

The employees really need to work on customer service. You're better off going to the Sally's in Paramount on Lakewood and Rosecrans, literally 3 mins away.

I went in looking for hair color and the shade I wanted was out of stock. The girl helped me find a better choice and I love it more then what I was originally looking for. She brought over the color swatches and found a perfect color for what I needed. Will definitely be back soon.

No customer service skills. First time in my life where someone tells me to make sure my child doesn't "pull on something" just because she was touching their little hair dye samples asking what it was. If I wasn't in a hurry I would've went somewhere else but never will I step foot in there again. You won't have to worry about my youngest child or my oldest that buys Hair stuff ALL the time. We'll take our business to the beauty supply in Paramount and Florence which has very friendly service

I prefer this location over the Paramount. It may be a smaller store but at least the area is better then Paramount
