Rude!!!! Attitude especially the lady at the fitting room patting down everything put on the rack and looking at me like i’m going to steal from ross. So Hostile and Uncomfortable left everything behind didn’t feel like i could shop in peace!!!

Not sure now this store has a great reviews but WOW that new self check out system??? One cashier??? Like how is this ok? Terrible service. The girl in the self check out was speaking over an elderly lady asking her questions totally ignoring her! Terrrible customer service! Unbelievable!

Terrible customer service! I wanted to buy a necklace from the jewelry section and I asked one of the cashiers if anyone is gonna help me and she said we’ll be right there, just give us a second!! Then I stood there waiting for 20 mins!! Then I went back and I talked to another worker and she told me the best thing to do is to go in line and to ask and that’s what I did from the very beginning and that’s what I told the cashier and she’s like “ I’m sure she was too focused on helping the customers” like am I not considered a customer as well! Will never be coming here, very rude cashiers!

There is an old lady that worked the self checkout counter on 4/17/2024 at noon by the name of Lydia. She was loud and rude to begin with but after asking us to put the hangers on the side, she says "Good job young man, that wasnt so hard was it?" to my dad. I found that to be a little rude so I stared at her until she asked "Are you mad at me?" Obviously this lady knows she said something to upset me. I dont think thats how Ross employees should talk to their customers. Everyone else was nice and I had no issues with my shopping experience besides this lady.

I haven't been here fur a few years after the whole ridiculous covid lines... I went this week and it's still ridiculous. There's a rope line outside and you're greeted by an employee asking you how many in your party to enter the store....(what is this a ride?)... when it was time to pay, we headed to the self checkout lines and the employee ask if we have 8 items or less... are you serious?? It would have been helpful if there was some sign up that specified that. But we had to go back in line. Shopping in store here is so ridiculously stupid. I understand there's high theft, but this control they're enforcing takes away the shopping experience. I think I'm ok not coming back here again. I mean there's really nothing here worth shopping for ?

I don't usually write reviews, but the events that unfolded today warrants a review. I was in the check out line and stood there for about 5 minutes and neither one of the two cashiers that were standing there, not attending any customers, offered to help me check out. I noticed the self check out that said only 8 items, but it was either check out myself or keep standing there until the two cashiers and the loss prevention person were ready to stop their talking with each other or texting on their phones to help me. The only person that helped was the employee taking off the security tags. I used the self check out and as I approached the loss prevention person she told me that next time I had to be checked out by a cashier Honestly, they shouldn't have employees like that working there. Theybecause my items exceeded the limit. I promptly replied that if they were doing their job, I would have not had to go that route. When the cashier heard me she muttered under her breath and dismissed me with a rude look.

This location has always had poor service and they tend to push people to the self check out. I was the only one in line, but the cashier Cecilia decided to go clear all loose items in the line and then by the time she finally got back to the register there were 8 people in line with me. Service and quality are not their priority at this location.??
