DO NOT COME HERE!!! I would have given them one stars but they are very nice. I have been to a couple of places to do my taxes and this place was the least helpful. Did nothing to make my taxes higher (most places ask questions, try to figure things out to make sure I am getting the most). I ended up owing, no advice or nothing. It felt like they were trying to do my taxes as fast as possible even though the day I went was pretty empty, which they said that a lot of people canceled. It makes sense because people are not happy with their services. I really felt disappointed when I left this place, that they weren't there to help me, the price was high and that they just made a profit from me. Once again, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

She takes the time to answer all your questions. By appointments only, I like the procedure of appointment only. Always a great experience. Rosalba is a very respectful person, very professional, strong work ethics, and very knowledgeable of what she does. She has been doing my families taxes for over a decade, highly recommend.

My boyfriend has been coming here for many years and suggested I have Rosalba do my taxes as well. Having my taxes prepared here was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Rosalba is extremely professional, keeps herself up to date on all new tax laws, and always makes suggestions on what I can do in the future to help myself out. I highly recommend making an appointment to see how she can benefit your life as well.

She takes the time to answer all your questions. By appointment only is they way to go. I sent her about over 10 referrals to friends and family they all come back with great experience over the years. I have friends that live in Arizona, Nevada and they will mail their income tax package to her in Downey California over the years . ???
