The store is spacious, well organized, the staff is very friendly and helpful, it has a wide variety of departments including meat, vegetables, fruits, seafood, wines, beer and liquor, parking is free.

Avoid. No customer service. Terrible parking. Incompetent workers. High prices.
This can't be the way you wrap meat (see photo)?
There's so many grocery stores all around, this was a terrible store and I'd rather go to the Ralphs on Firestone.

This is the closest ralphs to me and this is the second time i come looking for chicken and there is none available. I had to go again the Ralphs on Firestone where they did have chickens.

I went to this store this morning on my way to work to quickly pick up a birthday cake for my VP/Boss. I went to the bakery and asked if they had any gluten free cakes. I was told, yes just look in the refrigerator there are some in there. I said, can you please show me? She grumbled and then pointed out where the cakes were. As I said, I was trying to quickly get a last minute birthday cake. I went to the front of the store to get in line for a cashier, there were none in sight. None of the registers had their light on. The only registers with lights on were self service (which I detest). I asked are there any cashiers? The employee said, here come here I will help you. He never answered my question. All the cashiers must have been on break AT THE SAME TIME!!! So I waited and he was helping another customer at another self check out. I said, are you going to ring me up? He said, no this is self check out. I said, I don't want to have to do this myself. He said it's easy and walked away. There were lines of customers waiting to do self check out because there were no cashiers in sight. So I had to pull out my reading glasses to figure out how to start. I figured it out, paid and waited for my receipt. There was none. The same guy said, oh we can get a reprint, I need to get a manager. He said, we've been having that problem all morning. (??) I said I need a proper receipt to turn in as this is for work. The manager offered, "we can cancel your transaction and start over." I said, I am in a hurry and this whole process has taken much longer than I expected. She rudely "re-printed" a receipt, tore it off and the name of the store was missing. It was a very frustrating experience to say the least. I will NEVER shop there again. VERY POOR customer service indeed terrible management and I didn't even get the employee discount for checking my own groceries!

I can say it started last Thanksgiving when I went in to buy a last minute dessert. I looked at the pie section and found 3 cherry pie with mold on them. I was in a rush so I didn't remove them. I picked some cookies and ice cream I could dress up. As I was checking out I told the cashier about the pies and she said she would look into it. Of course the store was busy so she kept taking customers. As I was walking out I told a young man taking in carts and told him as well. Again, I'll look into it. A few hours later I was running low on drinks and again ran to the store. The bakery section is at the entrance of the store. I took a look and found the pies were still there. I took the pies with me and picked up the drinks and when to check out. As I was handing the cashier the pies she scanned one. She wasn't even listening to me tell her about the pies. I just asked " you're going to sell me molded pies?" Thursday I went in (which I hadn't gone back since thanksgiving) and picked up a few items and saw some fresh fruit. I was hungry so I picked it up. Sadly, the fruit was bad. The honeydew tasted coppery and the watermelon was sour. I'll have to sick with picking up drinks from this store.

The worst thing was I went to look for beyond sausage they only had 5 but it took up 12 I asked an employee and she said there isn't any and I told her there is no store and she told me don't mind ? I went to pay at self check out and there was an employee there I told him I asked him if he had beyond sausage and he told me I'm very sick I'm not going to check even though I was not going to check it's very cold in there sorry that's all we have ;( I heard him speak Spanish god k shame for that emperor having that type of employees should replace everyone

This store needs new management!!! Totally unprepared for the holiday rush! And since I am here...might as well finally talk about the worst deli service and most rudest employee you will ever encounter. She once told me, " I don't want to help you & I really don't care if you complain to the manager." Another day I got in the deli line at more than 30 minutes before they close. Same employee took her sweet time & talked her as off, just to tell me she is closed. Never been to a grocery store that all the cashiers are closed! Never ever before in the thousands of trips to grocery stores for work & home. Zero cashiers open 2 days before Thanksgiving. Terrible!!

Had to call out boxboy who was out collecting shopping carts, he was on his phone, one of his cart trains was partially blocking a woman's access to her vehicle, in handicap parking. I called kid over, told me, he wasn't on his phone. In all actuality, I got out of my vehicle, heard half his conversation. When I mentioned I heard him, he said he was checking the time. Not one of the regular employees I normally encounter at this Ralph's. Everyone else, they awesome. Did mention to store manager.
