They don't return phone calls or emails. Ramsey did my taxes in March but never filed them electronically. I can't get ahold of him or anyone in their office to get answers. Very unprofessional. I won't be using them anymore.

These office is filled with scam artists. They provide fake paperwork/information just so they can make money off you. DO NOT TRUST THEM

They scammed the hell out of me don't trust them and they all use fake names please don't go here ! Just do your own on turbo tax ... save yourself the hassle
