This isn't my usual place to get my Tesla tires serviced, but I had to make an emergency stop here to fix a tire with an air leak indicated by a recent notification. When I first arrived, the place looked pretty busy, and I was shocked that I was immediately attended to once I parked. My mechanic, Carlos, advised me that the tire in question had minimal tread left and warned that it might pop if I drove on it if he fixed the issue. Now I'm in a dilemma; I bought my new car with all-season Michelin tires, which means if the tire in question is balding, then the rest of the tires will be doing the same. I needed time to think and shop around for tires.
Carlos gave me a couple of options: buy a used tire for $25 or fill the tire back at 42 psi. Luckily, the leak was prolonged, so it wasn't a big issue where I would wake up the next day with a flat. So, I filled the air back into the tire to give myself time to think.
I went inside the office to pay $10 for Carlos's services and met with the owner. After telling him my dilemma, he offered brand new Neo tires for $130 each, which he says would give about 50k miles. I thanked him for the offer but explained that I needed to do a little more research before deciding what tire brand and where I would buy.
In conclusion, I had a good experience coming to R & A Auto Repair & Tires for my first experience. Excellent customer service and their prices are relatively competitive. I probably won't return because I usually go to a Tesla dealership; I'll recommend this shop to friends and family.

Definitely not friendly at all!! Tried to pull I. To get prices on a tired patch. I got blocked in the gate on a busy street in rush hour.. put me on a very dangerous position. Def will never try to come here again or never will refer people here again. That guy only cared about closing the gate he had no care I. The world for my safety!!!!!!!

These guys are amazing. We had a rental trailer and a bolt fell off the carriage dock. We expressed our concerns and they sprung into action that exact moment and we were in and out within 15 mins. We still had a 9 hour drive left and couldn’t be more grateful for their help.

Horrible customer service. The lady from the front desk lies about the prices of the services on the phone and then raises the price after the work is done. Has no place to wait and no space to park your car. The lady becomes aggressive when you call her out on her bullshit and then tries to argue. Would not recommend this spot at all. Save your time and money and go somewhere where they don't lie to get your services. I would'be gone any where else of it was not an emergency situation. You've been warned

There’s a reason this place is less than 4 stars, in the span of 1-month, I’ve had to come here to replace my rear driver tire, and it’s the third times it’s popped.They claim they’re used tires are just as good as their new tires, but of course, FALSE.The guy I’m over the phone kept saying it has to be me since, if I keep driving over a nail or whatever, then why is it specifically my back tire popping and not any of the other tires. This issue ONLY started happening last month, and I know my car isn’t the best, but the employees here make you feel like you owe them more than just what your paying

This place is NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN. The mechanics are so disrespectful and entitled. I was about to wash my car next door and they came to my wash bay and took over the pay machine because apparently they "know the owner". My car was parked and I was outside of my car. They clearly saw I was about to get started. If I was man, I doubt they would of done this. Go somewhere else.

AVISO AL COMPRADOR: piénselo bien antes de dejar su vehículo en este lugar. Dañaron un nuevo radiador OEM que les había traído para que lo instalaran en mi vehículo, que compré directamente de un dealer, y intentaron repararlo con pegamento, y dentro de las dos semanas posteriores a la entrega original del automóvil, después de que falló la reparación pegamento mickey-mouse, se encendió un indicador de "low coolant" en el tablero, y noté líquido refrigerante del radiador en mi camino de entrada, y cuando le devolví el auto para el trabajo de garantía, en lugar de asumir la responsabilidad de su deficiente / mala instalación, trató de hacer pasar la pieza como "defectuosa" del dealer. En resumen, terminé teniendo que pagarle a otro taller, por la instalación de pieza y mano de obra, y perdí mucho $$$ dinero. El dueño aquí, Juan y su tripulación son un montón de incompetentes y ladrones.BUYER BEWARE:think twice before having any repairs performed to your vehicle by this place. They damaged a new OEM radiator I had brought them to install on my vehicle, which I purchased direct from a dealer, and they attempted a mickey-mouse repair on it with glue, and within two weeks of me originally taking delivery of the car, after his glue mickey-mouse repair failed, a "low coolant" dash lite indicator came on, and I noticed radiator coolant fluid on my driveway, and When I took the car back to him for warranty work, instead of taking responsibility for his subpar / poor installation he tried to pass the part off as being "defective" from the dealer. In short, I ended up having to pay another repair facility all-over, for part and labor installation, and lost big $$$ money. The owner here, Juan and his crew are a bunch of incompetent crooks.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! arrived at 11:18am to replace a tire, after waiting for 30mins the owner came to me and said his tire machine was broken. They took my tire to another shop where they return my rim scratched up, missing tire cap. The employees tried doing there best. Bad business practice and sad that he leaves his employee to defend for themselves.wasted over two hours, came in at 11:18am left at 1:23pmLast Time customer

Worst tire shop! I took my e53 Mercedes for a tire change they said they were able to do an alignment and put in a new tire. They lied about their services. I drove off thinking they had done their job as stated to me initially and put my life at risk driving off without an alignment. Within a week my car started going off to the left and that is when I started noticing something wasn't right. I had to take my car to the body shop just to find out there was severe damage due to a tire being mounted with out an alignment. I went back to let them know and they brushed it off. They didn't accommodate nor admitted to their mistake. I took it and left trusting they had done their job. Never coming back again!

horrible service the "boss" of the buisness tries to come up to me and ask me how old is my car when that has nothin to do with the part that they broke. to be specific they mounted and unmounted my wheel 3 times because they couldn't get the tire size right. so during that process the lug nut bolted off. I come back with a new pair of wheels and asked them "hey you guys broke a lug from my wheel but I got new ones and i would appreciate if you guys fix it. I'm going to be buying new tires and balancing the wheel as well as to mount them."(this was at 810 am) fast forward to130pm they didn't do anything I asked and not 1 single weight on the wheel and I informed them the moment I drive off that lot and something happens it will be a legal lawsuit on them! NEVER GO HERE! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS! and a WASTE OF TIME!
