Got a last minute appointment first thing in the morning. Was pretty quick in and out but the waiting area was PACKED before 7 am. I had a 6:50 appointment time and got called back around 7 am and was out about 20 minutes later. Pretty easy overall and the staff were excellent. Check in was a little confusing though since I don’t have my physical insurance card to scan.

Terrible experience. The staff member was unprofessional and kept talking about her personal life. I know all too well about her brother, dad and his disappointment about her tattoos. She drew blood and I left. An hour later she called me to ask to come back because she forgot another vial. Um, no as I was already at work. I asked her to complete the order and my doctor never received the results!

Extremely Disappointed with Service - Unprofessional Behavior
As someone who typically refrains from leaving reviews, I am compelled to share my experience with Quest Diagnostics, specifically regarding an encounter with a staff member named Edgar. My visit to Quest Diagnostics was marred by his astonishingly rude behavior.I approached Edgar with a simple request: confirmation of an email address. Instead of providing assistance, his response was shockingly dismissive and discourteous. He uttered, "This will be the last time I give it to you," in a tone dripping with impatience and hostility.
The level of unprofessionalism displayed by Edgar is utterly unacceptable. In a customer-facing role, one expects a basic level of respect and professionalism, neither of which was demonstrated during my interaction. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for common courtesy, especially in an establishment tasked with providing essential healthcare services.If Edgar is representative of the standard of service at Quest Diagnostics, it calls into question the integrity and professionalism of the entire organization. Clients should not be subjected to such disrespectful treatment, and individuals who cannot uphold the basic principles of customer service have no place in a customer-centric environment.
I sincerely hope that Quest Diagnostics takes swift and appropriate action to address this matter, ensuring that other clients are spared from similar experiences in the future. As a consumer, I expect—and deserve—better treatment than what was afforded to me during my visit.

Easy breezy smooth!!Schedule appointment online, check in from my phone once I park my car, walk into the building get to the front desk showed them my insurance and ID and order and was call within 10 minutes.Expect to wait in you're walk-in without appointment, they won't take you until all scheduled appt are call, heavy traffic on Firestone boulevard just be there early sit in the car and check in when it's time. I rather get there 30 minutes early then wait for hours just in case if I am late.

Sad to see there is no customer service help, it is all automated, we sit behind closed doors and wait to be called. So many older people that don't understand technology not knowing what to do to check-in , no one to help them. We all tried our best to assist them. When the door would open and people tried to ask questions the phlebotomy seemed annoyed. The staff seemed rushed, when I asked shecsaid they were short staffed.
