PLEASE don't come to this place they are sooo RUDE don't care about DIABETIC PEOPLE have to wait 3 or 4 hours and they can't be without food on their stomach for long time ........

I can not give a cero, very very unprofessional this is my third time going there as a walking I expect a waiting time but is very ridiculous to wait to hours and hear " You should make an appointment now we don't know how long is going to take, but we have 36 people with appointment. I was there since 7.am. 4 people including my self and gues how many people they saw 1.
In my experience this is outrageous they should say no walking.
But hear me pls. Lab corps ( next door building accept quest forms and the time IA les than 30 minutes as a walking. There you can talk to a receptionist . Pls call your insurance and see if you can go to Lab corb. Stop going to Quest. YOU DESERVE BETTER!

It can be better if the employees know how to draw blood and not fish for it maybe classes should be given to some who need to improve on drawing. Plus hitting and tapping and leaving the tourniquet on while drawing can cause false results..

I only needed to provide a urinalysis. I was not able to get an appointment in time so I did a walk in early morning. After an hour, the wait list has not moved even one person. I had to leave for work and will likely need to reschedule my doctors appointment. If you don't have an appointment except to wait all day

There’s no receptionist so you have to sign in through a computer and there’s no one you can ask questions to. I made an appointment for 12:20, during my lunch time, it’s 12:50 and there’s still 5 people ahead of me (two people who had an appointment at 12:10 are still waiting) I don’t see the point of having an appointment.

We set an appointment a week in advance and we arrived 5 minutes prior to the appointment time and checked in. Now we are 20 minutes past the appointment time and 6 people are still ahead of us. What’s the point of setting an appointment then? When you’re in a hurry don’t schedule mid day or afternoon appointments. Not happy!!
