Special fasteners drawers are a total mess. Never can find anything in that cabinet. They allow everyone to get into it and they never put items back where they found them. Not worth my time coming here. Better fasteners department at Lowe's or Ace hardware.

Oh where to begin... first they told me item wasn't in stock but truth was they were too lazy to go look for it because I walked out and ordered it curbside and it was available. Once I got home and opened the fridge i found it was broken so I go to make an exchange and the cashier is the same person who curbside my pick up which I don't doubt he broke it probably when taking it down because he had a guilty face on him. But none of this even mattered I was ok I just wanted my fridge the last straw though was when he said there was one in stock but not sure if it was there so to go look for it. Excuse me what?!?! Go look for it???? How is that my job? Nope REFUND I'll buy my fridge elsewhere. I won't even write his name on here but cmon man get better customer service this is unacceptable.

Extremely poor customer service. Won prize today. From their promotion. That was hosted in their parking lot. Went to customer service claim the prize. Only to met by condescending attitude. From Sam. Who acted like I made they story up. Also couldn't comprehend that I won the prize from their own promotion. 20 minutes later. Light build went on in her head and found the prize.

I've been going to this store for 5 years now and the horrible customer service is continuously worsening over time. In many occasions I've had to ask multiple people for help, and have been kept waiting in aisles for as long as 20 minutes while employees just hang around joking and being unprofessional and vulgar.Last night, I called to speak to someone in customer service about a party they had in inventory for my dryer. I asked a basic question about a belt, and the response I got was, "We're not experts - we just sell the parts." I said okay and asked to speak to someone on the floor that could help me and I got this response: "I just told you. We don't know about the parts. We just sell them." I asked to be transferred anyway because I was hoping that the second person I'd come into contact would be able to answer my question. Well, that didn't happen. I instead was disconnected. I guess she really didn't want me to bother her coworker with my stupid questions about a product they sell.I'd normally just take my business elsewhere but I recently had a baby and my husband became disabled, within a span of 3 months, so I tolerate this kind of bs for the sake of getting my items and rushing back home. I've had to learn about stuff as I became an assistant and caregiver and I do the driving now as well, so it's an understatement to say that it's frustrating to constantly encounter this type of behavior from their employees. A few questions that come into mind are whether or not corporate or regional directors/managers are aware and whether or not they care to implement change. It's as if these employees don't fear the consequences of their performance, and the consumer, the driving force behind the company's success, is the one being cheated. I think this was the final straw for me. When we rely on the expertise of "knowledgeable" employees to get stuff done at home and we are treated like this over and over, dismissed and talked down to, we have to show management why we are taking our business elsewhere. After reading some of these other comments, I realize that I'm not being overly sensitive. The culture of the store is to behave as ghetto and rude as you want and the customer has to take it.

Mark Huard from the paint section department 24 was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly, had so much knowledge, and actually spent his time on explaining the answers to the questions I had. I never ever leave reviews. But Mark definitely deserved recognition for this. You guys have an amazing team player on board! Will be posting this review on Google, Yelp, and The Home Depot Survey.

Was at the store early this afternoon and paid for things in the garden department. Came across this unhappy and miserable looking girl, "Destiny" (destined to be a fake ass bee with her fake as nails and ish) at the register who was rude to me and my husband upon leaving. I don't want to get into it because I don't have time for trash but it would be nice to come across knowledgeable and respectful employees there. Been going there for years and it's always the chicks who work there all made up and fake nails and lashes and ish who have attitude and walk around with a stick up their ass.

I was previously there a couple days ago to go buy some household cleaning chemicals and I happen to see two patio umbrellas in the front entrance and they were on sale because they were the display model and last ones decided to buy them both with the help of John and older, very, very kind gentleman who assisted us very well, and then, when it was time to load them up a young man, by the name of Uri was a great excellent young professionals that help me every way possible to load it into my vehicle. I really appreciate them both very very much.

Worse curb side pick up. Horrible costumer service. Placed an order two weeks ago and I literally had to come in myself to get my order!!!!

The managers and staff is so helpful and willing to help you find whatever you need. John the greeter is lovable very cute older man. I purchased a bathroom sink vanity. I needed assistance putting in my car, Andy and Perry was so willing to help. This is the weekend to purchase home items at Home Depot lots of great sales. My special request is that ownership look into getting Apple Pay for your registers please update your computers ASAP!! this is the 2021 Century. Home Depo is making lots of money. Excellent customer service.

I find everything I need here for the most part. Customer service is good and love that if I need to return something, all I need is to swipe the CC I bought it with. Making returns so easy.

Who hired Andres? You have a keen eye for talent. Please fill your store with more like him. He crossed paths with me at the entrance. I had a mulch exchange which I'd purchased the wrong color. The initial contact, the usual not so friendly front end customer service you don't have your receipt...blah blah...never mind that I spend thousands of dollars at this store chain yearly. Never mind that not only was I replacing with a correct color but purchasing more bags, but ok ladies, I have a broken rib and no strength to care so I will allow you to be condescending and feel important, just give me my mulch. I still have Andres. He hauled the cart with the wrong color bags to the garden, loaded now 10 bags of the right color, plus two bags of GroMulch and was ever so happy to do so. Andres stayed with me through check out and loaded my car ever so careful...and just a nice guy. "Ma'am, I love my job" The attitude amazing...the skills...amazing. Management keep an eye on this man and give him what he deserves. Don't lose him and hire more like him. To loyal Home Depot customers that read this review ask for him when you come in and commend him for doing a great job. They don't get paid enough for their hard work. To the management...hire more employees that care just like Andre.

Don't bother calling customer service. They're not doing their jobs. I've been calling several times and I get hung up on. Or a girl supposedly named Jackie answers transfers me to flooring and boom hung up on. I kept trying but then the line would continue ringing. So I called with *67 and boom they answer and don't bother checking the floor they just say online that there's nothing showing. Thanks for nothing Jackie.
