Best nail salon in Downey hands down. I’ve been a loyal customer for a couple years and since the new management took over, every visit has been an absolute pleasure. Annie, my preferred nail technician, is not only incredibly gentle and professional but also a master at hard gel application, achieving the exact look I desire every time. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly, contributing to the warm atmosphere. The recent remodel, complete with new spa chairs, enhances the comfort and luxury of the salon. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for exceptional service.

My favorite nail salon just got better! Now under new management, it's completely renovated with so many upgrades. The new luxurious pedi spa chairs are adjustable, have massage & the newest single-use hygiene technology. More nail colors, hard gel, dip, acrylic, chrome, foil, cat eye ... whatever you fancy. They even serve complimentary wine/mimosas. It's one of my favorite places to relax with friendly & professional staff.

This is the first negative review but this message is for the owner regarding nail salon experience with her staff. I prayed about this because I have compassion for the new owner. As a business woman, I do not recommend this place for unprofessionalism, constant pricing change, and the bad energy of staff and place.
My nail price changed 3 times from staff as they nickle and dime me. The owner needs to take control of her staff. The owner told just do the nails, the staff refused to follow her instructions.
I asked questions about pricing due to tons of nail pricing during my session and did not make sense and staff said it was offending. The new owner has to hire nail stylist that are professional with honoring their word as well willing to follow her instructions to please the clients even if they ask questions.
The owner has the right professional demeanor as an experienced professional but her staff is lacking.
I went down the street to another nail salon had excellent service and no price change, they treated all their customers with courtesy and kindness. The salon was half full for an early afternoon during a workweek. Now I know her staff did me a favor, this was a blessing in disguise and new set for $50 with gel. They did not nickle and dime me.

Once again Annie did a great fill and my pedicure was amazing. I recommend polished nails in Downey. I don't have to look at my nails once she's because she has always done an amazing job.
Cleanliness: The shop is very clean and tidy.

My mom and I love coming to Polished Nail Bar! The nail technicians take their time and make sure we are happy the whole time. The vibe is relaxed, and it's very clean (which is the most important thing to me). Annie is the owner and she is the best! The first time we came here I showed her a design that I didn't think could be done on short nails and she did it! It was beautiful! You can tell her work is very important to her. We will continue going to Polished!

Loved going with my fiance for a couples pedi. Everyone was so nice! Also so glad we were able to help open the champagne bottle! Recently came back to get my nails done. Gel-x with fairy Cat eye. All new tools used were disinfected and prepackaged. My nails look amazing. Work was done fast but high quality. I LOVE my nails and will be going back and bringing friends!!

Came in on a Sunday and got service from Madison and Nadia. Very enjoyable and relaxing and made sure we were super comfortable. Highly recommend it if you'd like to elevate your salon pampering experience.

This place is great. The team invited me in and was able to accommodate my nails same day as well as my pedicure that I decided once I was there. They were detailed and clean with their application and I enjoyed my time there. Friendly staff and I look forward to returning for my healthy nail maintenance. Thank you polished nail bar!

I wish I could give this place no starsWent here as a walk-in for pedicure and nail refill worse service by Annie she was rushed and careless about the service she was doing. Less than 30 minutes she was done and I left. The day after I broke 2 nails getting dressed. My nails were done paper thin. I called to go back to get them done with more acrylic on them, they said yesWhen I get there Annie refuses to do my nailsI had to call the owner and explained my situation, and she said yes, no problem but Annie still refused to do them.I told her that I had two broken nails that they were so thin and to add more acrylic to them and she said no that wasn’t her problem.
