Ive got the worst treatment from Kat one of the managers of the gym. Very rude and unapproachable. Someone seriously needs to sit with her and teach her about customer service. She needs much improvement, makes me not want to attend the place if shes there. The rest of the staff is great .

I went for the first time and it was very bad, the machines, most of them don't work, and the manager is very rude. I dindt like it at all.

The building is beautiful, the gym is spacious, many machines. Very good location. I would only criticize the bathroom, showers, locker room that was not clean. I don't know if this is always the case or if it was a coincidence because there were a lot of people in the gym, in any case I think they should have the cleaning planned better. I guess there is a lack of staff for such a large facility.
