Ok that was the last draw of the straw for me as far as I’m concerned with PetCo. I was shopping for my pets, on my way out, one of the attendants accused me of maybe shoplifting. He asked “SIR! Do you have something on your shirt?” I’m dumbfounded what he was talking about. I was wearing my baggy Clippers shirt. I thought maybe he was he was making fun or praising me. Another Clippers fan or a hater.
Then it dawned on me he thought I was shoplifting and hid something underneath.
Then not to mention they also stopped the education for my dog. Didn’t really explain much on why.
I’m switching to PetSmart or just another store. But NEVER PetCo again.

As soon as we walked into the store, we were approached by a young female employee with long hair. I did not get her name. I’ve never seen her at the Downey store. She was super friendly and helpful. She inquired if we had a dog I told her we had a cat and she told us where to find the cat toys, etc., we will definitely be there again.

Closed by 8:50 when it says they close at 9. I get you want to go home on time but “business hours” means you stay open until the time posted!

Purchased an item on line (large 40g tank for a snake), when I arrived at the store I was warmly greeted and given my product at the front. It was ready for me when I arrived. Perfect timing.

Came for a mobile order and the store is decent. This was the only Petco that had all the canned puppy food I was looking for.

I went in looking for a new cage for my dog. I was helped by two employees Isabella and cashier Esau. Esau realized I had been given the wrong color crate and helped me out with the one I actually wanted. He was very helpful and patient, he also helped me to my car. I had my two kids with me so that helped tremendously! I’ll definitely be making this my go to store moving forward. Thank you for the great customer service Esau.

Love this petco, the customer service in my option is exceptional. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. They always have in stock what my dogs need.

Came in yesterday asking Jonathan about dry food for our senior dog,he was so informative asking me if she had allergies, showing me what would work for her, excellent customer service.
