As soon as we walked into the store, we were approached by a young female employee with long hair. I did not get her name. I’ve never seen her at the Downey store. She was super friendly and helpful. Purchased an item on line (large 40g tank for a snake), when I arrived at the store I was warmly greeted and given my product at the front. It was ready for me when I arrived. Perfect timing.
