I'm very surprised at the low reviews bec I had an excellent experience today at this store. I called the store this afternoon because I needed some information about balloons, and the male employee who answered my call was very helpful, not rushed or irritated, and gave me clear and direct answers. I consequently placed my order with confidence, and sure enough my order was ready when I got there. The female employee who handed me my inflated balloons had a happy expression like she was being celebratory as well for the happy occasion (a relative's 70th birthday). I was in and out in about 2 minutes because they had it ready at the register. I was also pleasantly surprised by the balloon bouquet, which had a heavy rock tied to it so it's easy to load in my car. It's the first time I bought a balloon bouquet. The helium inflation is already included if you buy any balloons at the $20 price. Well worth it bec of how nice it looked. I think I will buy party items here from now on vs online where I have to inflate things myself. They also have curbside pickup.

I went for an outfit for a disco themed party but unfortunately I'm a big sized girl and they didn't have my size but they did have the accessories I needed and the workers were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products.

The customer service by 1 employee in a green sweater was awful. I walk in early, there are no customers in line so I go and wait in line waiting to be asked to ring up. This cashier is behind the counter did not say one word to me or ask if I was ready, it was another employee on the floor who said I could go to counter 1 and that the girl behind the counter would help me. She did not say hello or offer any help whatsoever. She clearly hates working here and made me feel like I was bothering her. I won't go back to this location.

You would think they would have gift wrap and gift bags... smh they had 3 Happy Birthday bags and a baby shower gift bag. I guess the rumor is true, there going out of business. So sad

Wow, that's amazing, you can get everything which you needed for party. For Birthday, Marriage and other parties decoration items easily you can get here. They will help to arrange party and give valuable suggestions and guidance to make enjoyable party. I personally recommend to visit thia place before goto other place.

Just had had a Vey UNPLEASANT SITUATION at @partycity I went to look for a " Get well soon" banner for Luis HECTOR STORE MANAGER directed me to make your own hanging banner bcz he said they only had Balloons So I was looking at it and it's even better I can add More. I go to register HECTOR is at to pay and I don't carry cash but today I did and it was all over my pocket so I knew I had a $10 bill and I couldnt find it so I pull out a $50 he had barely entered the the amount on the register and the same time his inputting I'm looking for the $10 bill and mention to him I don't carry cash it get all over the place as you can see then I find the $10 mind you he didn't have the change for $50 in he's hand yet and I tell him oh can I give you $10 and $2 so it could be exact i didn't want no more bills and he said NO IM GOING to GIVE YOU YOUR CHANGE I'm looking at him giving me the change and I was like Really ! what kind of customer service is This? i told him" I even said I don't carry cash it get all over the place"So I was like I don't want the product give me my $50 bill back I SPECIALLY said to HECTOR STORE MANAGER it's not a Fake bill or Scam MY HUSBAND LUIS WORKED seasonal for you and I wanted that for him by then I'm already fired up Bcz of his way in handling the situation and then he's like ohhhh Luigi how's he doing some of the staff is following the situation and they mentioned it to me I'm like I'm not going to tell you then he was like hope He gets well soon I'm said to him you don't t mean it. He wasn't going to give me the bill $50 bill back he was going to give Bills totaling $50. He didn't apologize he didn't even say let me ring you up again or anything that showed he didn't care. He knew I was upset I just walked out. MIND YOU IM VERY CALM AND IF I DONT LIKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I JUST WONT GO BACK BUT TODAY HÉCTOR THE STORE MANAGER AT DOWNEY LANDING PISSED ME OFF ‼ GOOD LUCK ON YOUR DECLINING CUSTOMERS AT THIS LOCATION IT WAS DEAD IN THERE 2-3 customers it's SAD BCZ THATS WHEN YOU NEED TO REALLY TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS but Anyways let's move on I don't need anymore Headaches or Stress
