1st time mortgage borrower and I couldn't be happier with PRMG's Joe Tishkoff!!Joe was amazing. He took the time to walk through every little detail of our loan and guided us on what we should know. He answered every question using his vast knowledge from the many years he has been doing this job and never once made us feel like we were asking to many questions. He made us feel like we were family, as if he was helping one of his own go through the process. He worked closely with us and our realtor to make sure everything was explained clearly and made us feel comfortable with what was being done. Going through a mortgage for the first time can be really intimidating and a little scary but Joe helped put our minds at ease with each step. Because of Joe, Anita and our realtor I don't think that this could have gone any smoother. We are really happy and I would recommend Joe to anyone without hesitation.

I frantically called one morning not knowing who would pick up and i had the pleasure of speaking to Rose. I had just got an offer accepted and the lender i was working with was not the best to be nice, Rose explained everything to me and within a few days I had completely switched over to Paramount.The knowledge, the expertise and experience you cannot put a price value on. Being a first time buyer is a huge commitment and i had all kinds of questions. Miriam, Rose and the entire team always answered my questions in detail. From phone calls,text to emails constantly. (Late night too) We are soooooooo grateful everything went smooth and reached the finish line CLOSED ESCROW!!!! Purchased our first townhome and being FHA was not easy but they pulled thru Amazing staff! 2 of my friends are now working with them purchasing home as well.
