I showed up for my 9am appointment half an hour early at 8:30 and checked in with the receptionist. I was the only customer in the lobby at the time. About 20 minutes later, another customer came in, having missed his 8:30 appointment and was taken within a few minutes. At about 9:20, after continuing to be the only person in the lobby, and having not been spoken to a single time since checking in, I decided to take my business elsewhere and asked the receptionist to remove me from their system. Before making it out of the lot, I received a text from them saying they're sorry I missed them and asking me to reschedule. For the 50 minutes, I sat in the lobby. There was only ever another customer for less than 5 minutes, and I was never seen. My truck was never looked at. I will be using a different company for any future vehicle repair needs.

Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. My car was completed before the expected date and I was running late and they waited for me. Would definitely return but let’s hope that’s not the case lol
