I drive from Fontana to get product, because customer service and prices, same product in Fontana ca is $25 more than downey store!

Frustrating when your hours are wrong. Came here at 535 pm, according to posted hours, they close at 6 and no one is here.

Drove up right as the manager was closing. He saw me and asked if I needed help and was more than happy to open it back up for us. Andrew was very knowledgeable and explained everything with patience. We were able to try the products before committing to a purchase. It was a very welcoming experience. Walked out with everything I needed and more! I will definitely be returning to this location.Thank you!

Great supplement store in the City of Downey. The manager Andrew is very knowledgeable and super friendly. This man will talk to you and help you find supplements that will best suit your needs.

Every staff member so far have been great and knowledgeable. What's better is that I know it's not a requirement but when you see them in great shape then you feel more comfortable that they know what they are talking about.

Used to go to the Norwalk location but it closed so we discovered this location. The workers are always so nice and really take care of their customers. I noticed they really try to get to know their customers and are very generous with discounts. Even if the other location opens back up, we will stick to this one because they have treated us so good!

According to the posted store hours, on Friday the store closes at 8:00 pm. Today, I arrived at 6:45 pm and the bald bearded gentleman in the Nutrishop muscle shirt (presumably the store clerk) was already closing the store.This is not the first time that this has happened. The only two times that I made it in the store were when the store owner's brother was there, my apology for not remembering the name.I hate it when someone or something messes up my cycle, if you strick with consuming supplements. I usually go in for 1XD, some protein, glutamine, and maybe some pre-workout. And today, I was going to do just that...I'll stick to the locations in Norwalk and Upland. Yes, Upland. I rather commute 50 minutes for for reassurance. Plus, Stephanie, the Upland Nutrishop store owner is awesome. She is very educated in this subject and extremely helpful. And she would always give me a veteran discount.

Awesome place.. Ten times better than GNC. The guys here ACTUALLY work out and USE the products they sell.And it is also cheaper.
