Horrible service! I have been coming here for 4 years. I always get my nails done with Kathy. Unfortunately Kathy is on vacation and I had to use Holly. She is rude I asked her for a specific nail design and she completely ignores what I asked for and gives me just the base. When I asked her where the rest of the design was she said I thought this is what you asked for. By that time she had already been working extremely rude shoving my hand around. So I was just fed up and left. The lady who did my pedicure was also rude but I didn't get her name. and to top it off they had the nerve to ask for tip?!! I texted the owner and no response. At this point she has lost a monthly customer. I'm never coming here again.

I went to place for the first time they try to sell you multiple services tgat you don't need or want and they are rude when you decline. The girl who did my nails used the wrong size nails so they look too big and then when I gave her the money instead of giving me my change she took off with a 20.00 dollar bill announcing that her and the other girl would split the tip u had to raise my voice more than once to get her to give me the 20.00 back and taking 2 5.00 bills for the tips which neither one deserved. I will never go her again.poor business practices!!!!!!

10/10 service,Kim fixed the nail disaster from another nail salon. Great customer service and staff is friendly and inviting. Definitely a great go to salon, not sure why it is listed as 3.8 when it is 5 star service in my opinion. Recommend to give it a try at least ones (:

I have been coming to this salon for years, the previous review giving this place a 1 star was completely unfair as I was there receiving a service. She indeed ask for wax and asked the lady to not touch her ends. My assumption was she did not want to over wax or over trim to avoid disapointment. She lashed out and was yelling saying she did not like them and she was not going to pay $10 for a wax. They said "ok $5 then" she then continued to bash the place extremely loud and unprofessionally. She disturbed the peace of everyone in there trying to get a relaxing service. Please keep in mind this was the only service she was receiving and her partner a manicure. This place is great and I recommend this place to everyone.

I haven't been to this nail shop in years, and now I remember why. The customer service here is TERRIBLE! I MEAN TERRIBLE!!! The lady who sits at the front desk has a very nasty attitude. I came here to get my eyebrows done and almost got ripped off. They TRIED to charge me $10 for my eyebrows. I told her absolutely, "NOT I'm wasn't paying $10 for a wax." The lady didn't shape my eyebrows, nor did she cut/trim them down or anything. All she did was put wax on my skin. So I told the lady who sat at the front desk that I didn't receive a full service for my eyebrows she got upset with me. I told her I'm sorry, but I'm not paying for a half job. $10 is a bit excessive for a half job. I've never paid that much for eyebrows, but I don't have a problem paying if I actually got/get the full service. Overall, I don't recommend anyone coming here unless you don't care about receiving bad service and getting overcharged. It also suck because the only guy who works there is nice, but that lady who sits at the front desk is rude. These people at the nail shop need to take a class on customer service because, man, it's terrible.

Tracy has a wonderful staff, all the ladies are super kind and welcoming. I love getting my nails done by her or Kathy! Everyone does a good job but I'm a little bit of a perfectionist so I like to go back to who I've been to

They RUINED my weekend. HORRIBLE service. I've been coming here for years I even started bringing my 3 daughters. Sadly they lost 4 customers. The lady did a bad job with my mani and pedi. I'm too embarrassed to put my Pedi pictures now I can't wear my sandals. She cut my nails so short they even hurt. To top it off they treated my 8-year-old daughter with little respect and appreciation. She is a paying customer and they skipped her 3x and didn't do her mani. I walked away furious but didn't say anything because I didn't want my daughter to feel sadder. If you want your day to get ruined or for someone to ignore your children this is the place

I'm honestly disappointed, I asked if she can shorten the nails and she said "no"!! I have bubbles in my right thumb. I told her I wanted a light blue and she gave me a purple-ish blue color. She cut my fingers up, she made my index finger nail very fat!. She didn't even do the design right. I'm very disappointed.

I had an unfortunate visit. I'm not saying this place is bad but I unfortunately had a bad experience. I've been going to this nail salon for some time now. I've had one other bad experience but decided to go back. Unfortunately this last visit was another bad experience. My toe nails were cut very short on the sides and now I have pain from the uneven peak that was left. Both my hand and toe nails have those like bubble spots that have caused cracking in the nail polish. This is just unfortunate because now I have to be keeping an extra eye out for ingrown nails due to the uneven short peaks left on all my toes. Please be careful when cutting the sides of nails.

I love coming here! I live out of state now and have done my nails at different places and they would never last or come out how I wanted. I came back to visit and came here and came out with these beautiful nails! It's been 3 days and no chipping or damage! Their work is amazing and the price is the best you'll find!
