Please go anywhere else. I accidently ended up here and looking at the reviews it seems others have had the same experience. She treated her regular so nice. Prioritized them and gave them water. Rushed my pedicure which caused her to hit my skin a lot and they burned after. Barely scrubbed or did a massage and still charged me $55. I left and got my manicure at another salon. Please do not go here!!

FIND ANOTHER SALON. I'm begging you don't make the mistake I did and come here. They are understaffed and rush through the job. They charged me $55 to spend 10 seconds scrubbing one foot and 2 seconds on the other. The massage lasted a minute and a half and you could tell she was rushing and aggressive with it. She also hurt me with the file and when i told her she said "no" but then took her time on the next foot. They prioritized this one lady who came in (a regular I'm sure) got her water and took her time helping them. One of the worst pedicures I've ever had and almost the most expensive. I've paid $55 before but that's for the extended massage plus extra pedicure elsewhere. I can usually tolerate bad service and just not go back but this was awful I left to go next door to get my manicure done. ZERO STARS!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE.

Lucy is the main person that handles everything in the shop and I believe some older lady helps her. I was sat down and the older lady pushed my cuticles back for like 20 minutes straight to stall, while Lucy was doing someone else's nails. Once she was done, Lucy came over and started cutting my cuticles and she made me bleed twice. Then once a couple came in she immediately rushed me and started painting my nails. She didn't even finish the base care of the nails. She needs more help and more employees because once someone else walks in she will rush your nails to start someone else's. The shop looks clean, and it's right by my house so that's the only reason why I came. But I will never come here again. She is also overly priced!

OH MY GOD. DO NOT COME HERE. It is awful. First of all, very expensive and they do a HORRIBLE job. They will damage your cuticles and it is so painful. Lucy the nail tech is very mean and rude, they make you wait forever and then rush your service going from person to person using the same nail filer and gloves. Very unacceptable. I will never return here. Would give zero stars if I could

Lucy the nail tech is mean and rude. She jerked my hand a few times because she didn't like the position I was using. She cut my cuticles and also cut my daughter's cuticles and made her cuticles bleed. She doesn't apologize she says it's normal or your skin is too sensitive. She's rough and in a rush to finish your nails! There is also no staff working there just her and an assistant.

The place is very clean, but the customer service was not the best. Lucy seems to have her favorites and did not offer the same service to everyone. I kept on coming back because it is very clean, but I did notice how friendly and helpful Lucy was with certain clients and not as friendly with others. She was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and making me feel quite uncomfortable. I do feel sad about the way I was treated today.

I came in for a gel pedicure and overall my experience was not good. I was really hoping for a nice, sit-down, spa-type pedicure and the lady who did my toes kept going from client to client. Didn't think much of it at first, until I noticed she started rushing to finish my pedi since she had other guests waiting. Overall the whole experience was super rushed & the customer service was not it. Would not recommend! no scrub, no callus remover offered, etc. I paid $60 for a gel pedi. First & last time!

Lucy is the BEST! I come from the South Bay to have nails, cuticles, and ingrown toenails fixed up. The callus remover and hot wax does phenomenal things for my feet. I am a man with some rough feet and my wife loves my smooth feet when i get home. I highly recommend this place!

The quality at this nail shop is unmatched. I drive an hour to have Lucy take care of my nails. She cares for a Job well done and cleans my nails like no other nail shop. Other salons tend to ask the color choice and do a minor cleaning job. Lucy cleans cuticle and the bottom of feet extremely well. Highly recommend.

I would consider going elsewhere. They are way overpriced and terrible customer service. It was completely empty on a Saturday, which should have been my first clue. They do not accept credit cards only cash or Zelle. There is only one lady (I presume the owner) who was bossing her mother around and just had such bad energy. Hard pass.

Please do not go here! I I came here Saturday June 24 because it was right next door to European wax and I needed a pedicure. The lady was nice but the service itself was terrible. No instruments were cleaned and I now have an infection on my middle toe. I paid $50 for them to just add gel and scrub the bottom of my foot. Any other salon I have gone to charges $50 for more services besides just get gel. I went in to request a refund due to the infection but the manager stated my toes are too sensitive and that's why it got swollen. I have been getting pedicures for years and have never had this happen so I know when my body reacts differently than normal. The manager refused the refund and kept telling me that I did not know what I was talking about. I know it is an infection because puss has came out. I recommend you do not come here or you may also get an infection.
