I honestly didn't know much about insurance, but Veronica was patient and understanding with all of my questions and concerns. People can get easily deterred when they are being helped by a younger individual but let me tell you, don't let Veronica's age fool you. Veronica is incredibly knowledgeable in everything she does and will absolutely get you the best deal possible. 10/10 will keep coming back because they really DO treat you like family here.
