This shop has an employee name Kimberly, she was rude and not helpful, terrible customer service. There was a 15% off sign at entrance which she neglect to inform us. We had to go to back to cash register to ask her then she hand us a 15% off coupon and insisted we need to come back to purchase. She should honor given us 15% discount when we paid for the product. We will not recommend you to visit this shop.

Ran in needing to get my makeup done 2hrs before the wedding I was in. The makeup artist the bride booked for the bridesmaids cancelled last minute. i walked in and asked if they could a complete look In an hour and they killed it! The look was perfect! I believe that Maria did my makeup and she slayed! I highly recommend this place and would hire her again!

Love this place. Went here for the first time last week. I'm constantly going to different beauty supply stores because the hair products I use, a lot of stores don't carry. So I was thrilled when I found Nathalie Essence of Beauty. Not only is it minutes from my house and carries the hair products I love, but they have pretty much EVERYTHING I'll ever need as far as hair care and cosmetics go. There's such a huge selection of hair, skin and make-up products that it almost feels like a smaller version of a warehouse. I was also pleased to find that they give a neighbor discount if you live in the area. So cool. Definitely going here from now on! Oh and the service was great. Nathalie Essence of Beauty Makeup Store has exceptionally friendly staff. I can't walk in without having 2-3 associates asking If there is anything I need help with. I mainly come in for FX items, and the lead of the department always goes out of his way to help me. He is always patient with my abundance of questions, and if he is not there, the other employees are great help. They are reasonably priced and always in stock. I drive 30 to 45 minutes out of my way for this store, and haven't found any other place I like as much as I do Nathalie Essence of Beauty Makeup Store. Very friendly and helpful.

I went to Nathalie Essence of Beauty Makeup Store to return makeup items that I no longer wanted. The customer service was great. I really enjoyed talking to the staff. They answered all my questions about hair products and gave me a great recommendation. Will be coming back again once I run out of hair products!
