Quite literally the worst bank and BRANCH. Not only do the employees have a lack luster approach to customer service but their banking solutions and services are almost always not available.

I thought it was good idea to go to this Bank of America until they didn't want to take my $1 bills where as other Bank of America's take my $1 bills. They almost made me leave without my deposit I asked for until a good teller Stephanie helped me put my money back in my account. Horrible BOFA, they will treat you so rude with horrible customer service! 0/10 Don't recommend this Bank of America, there are way better Bank of America's around the area!

I loathe coming into this branch. Used to go to the one off of Florence and paramount and that one functioned much better. This is one of the worst banks I've ever been to and I frequent many of the banks in downey for work. (This one and the Wells Fargo nearby are both nightmares). They only ever have 1 teller window open at a time, they don't care how many people are in line. No consideration whatsoever for their customers. It seems even if there's only 2-3 people in line when I arrive, I never wait less than 30 minutes to be seen, very slow here.

Wake up, Bank of America! It is unacceptable the way you treat your Downey customers! Our nearest branch closed and now we're forced to go to the branch on La Reina. Today my wife waited 45 minutes standing in line with some senior citizens who were having a hard time physically standing. There was one chair! Come on!! After decades of being BoA customers, you've convinced us to change banks! Get it together!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 2 hours to apply for a credit card when there were just workers walking around and not doing anything. Their wifi and internet on the tablets doesn't work. And it's A BANK. I got transferred to 3 different people that kept saying nothing worked. Please save yourself a headache and DONT COME HERE.

I went here and there were two tellers. One of which was the manager. There was also a greeter who tried to manage the line and help with any transactions she can do to reduce wait times. My issue is with the Manager Josie. She showed no empathy, unapologetic, and seemed to not care. I hope corporate reads this review and takes action.

This bank has the worst service. Long wait times and even if they "sign you in" they skip you for customers who want to open new accounts. I was told the lady signing people in could help me and then she told me she couldn't. Even after complaining, they never apologized or showed empathy, she just said "I don't know why they told you I would help you." This branch needs to do better, only came here because other branches nearby are closed. Will never come to this branch again!

Worse bank I've ever had to dealt with. Their schedule is for lazy people opening at 10 and closing at 4 so no one is able to get there before work or after work because its either not open yet or closed already making us waste work time. The People in there are lazy always throwing the issues at each other. They have told me and other people to go home telling us they'll call us back to let you know if your issue was solved just to get rid of people and never do their JOB . It's been 6 months with them and they have been nothing but disrespectful and unprofessional I've been on the phone with them for 20 mins i still am writing this review because they wont even pick up the F phone :)

Went in last Thursday. Only 2 teller windows open (even though 2 more were available), and the managers just stood around inside their safe window room, talking and pretending to look busy and not making eye contact with any customers. Take some lessons from Walgreen's and TJ's..."I see 3" or ring the bell - more than 3 customers in line, open up a new window. BofA - terrible awareness and terrible customer service. Starts at the top: Managers, get a clue!

They won't cashed a check because my California id magnetic strip wouldn't scan. First bank of america bank that required this.
