Quite literally the worst bank and BRANCH. Not only do the employees have a lack luster approach to customer service but their banking solutions and services are almost always not available.

I went here and there were two tellers. One of which was the manager. There was also a greeter who tried to manage the line and help with any transactions she can do to reduce wait times. My issue is with the Manager Josie.She showed no empathy, unapologetic, and seemed to not care. I hope corporate reads this review and... read full comment

They won't cashed a check because my California id magnetic strip wouldn't scan. First bank of america bank that required this.
