Place was a nightmare and would not recommend. Customer service is seriously lacking. no one was helpful. They always have a good selection of things and good prices, but the service needs to be amped up. Probably wont reutrn to this place

I've been placing grocery pickup orders here for the last couple of years. The quality and level of service have consistently depreciated over time. I'm sad to say that I will no longer rely on their once satisfactory service. Each order I place consistently has one or two items that are just garbage. It's impossible to get any resolution unless you take the item in for a return. The whole point of doing a pick-up order is to avoid the time it takes to go in-store. I hate to post a negative review but I'm over the lack of customer service and inferior quality

Over all store is clean and very well stocked. My only issue was checking out; My husband was buying a case of beer as usual he gets ID we're both aware this is a state law, this wasn't a problem, the problem was the male cashier asking for both our ID's stating he follows the law and we both look under 40! What in the world!!! So, now you can't come in the store with anyone under 21 yrs old and buy yourself a beer? (btw I'm 40) worse part there was a young lady (coworker) standing behind him and after we both provided him with our ID's he continues to carry on in his conversation with her about his wife

Their service is bad, the lines are long and the people are rude. The pick up area is unorganized, behind on orders, and the employees are not sure what customer service means but will gladly pass the buck to someone else. It's not just the holidays, they're usually not organized, rude and behind on orders. Sometimes a whole day behind. This location is just not functional like the other Walmart locations. Today I was cut off again by someone while I was in line. And because I am not in the mood to be nice today and because she knew what she was doing, she looked directly at me while she did it. I decided I'm going to post. And her attitude seems to be it's OK for her to do it because she can. I was so mad. I went all the way around just to make sure I got a picture to post. It does have me wondering if she's a mother and if so, is this what she teaches her kids...just sayin.

Very hard to contact the vehicle service department. I must have called 10 times. I even called the main number and no body answered the phone.

Walmart has no handicapped carts that work Target is my new store they have plenty . If you expect to have handicapped shoppers you need them you are excluding us .

Its a new clean walmart , but when it comes to picking up orders here in the back. The people that bring the order out to your car never have the order in their system. Which creates a 5-10min process to up to an hour just to pick up an order. I get its a new store but managment should be on it. They employees are also dry as heck have no personality and seem to have an attitude.

Went in and this rude employee who claimed he was a supervisor was cussing me out while I was holding my baby because he got upset I walked by the isle he claimed he was a manager. usually my go. to but the girl that cleans restroom with short hair and glasses keeps harassing me multiple time will stand in front of door while I'm using restroom so use the one that has a lock and still stands in front today sarcastically told me thank you thank you for getting out plus I heard her complain to a worker that U Itake to long (another occasion) and it's annoying get a new job than d..mass

This location has the worst lazy management here!!! It's not the same when it first opened, the store is always a mess, employees are never helpful, product is never stocked. Don't bother calling either your phone call will never get picked up. Ordering online as well for pick don't!! They closed the Norwalk location for everyone to come to this location and your better off ordering from Amazon..

The customer service here is the worst . My wife had to go back twice to pick up an online order for AirPods. This says she had already picked them up at 10:30am they had no Proof that she had been there . She works in Glendale and was at work when they said it was picked up.They said they couldn't do anything about it since they said it was already picked up.She alert to the see the manager they said they were only there during the week. She asked to see the surveillance video or her picking up the AirPods they said they didn't have any. She we y back two weeks later since we had a vacation scheduled. During the vacation she called everyday and no one picked up the phone.she went i today in the rain and asked why no one picks up the phone . They told her they don't. She asked to speak to the manager and again they said she wasn't there until Monday . She asked for the AirPods they said they couldn't do that . She then asked for a refund and that was no problem . I feel this was an I side job and someone who works there took them. They are so I professional there and have no customer service etiquette.Don't shop there they are dishonest !!!!

I have been calling the WalMart located on Apollo Way in Downey, CA, but no one is answering the phones. I have let the phone ring for every single department I selected at different times. If I can’t depend on the phone being answered, then the quality of customer service will be the same.

This Walmart almost ALWAYS don't have any cart inside the store, after you park, walk around the parking lot and go hunting for your a grocery cart.Today, at the pharmacy. There was a staff helping another customer in aisle G8. I asked her to help me after she's done with the other customer, she said, "yes, I'll be back". Walked away and never came back. She saw me waiting in the same aisle 5 minutes later, continued walking away without a word. Both help buttons in aisle G8 broken. Another customer aske the new pharmacy people for help and 10 minutes later, we're still waiting.. I will get the name of the employee that left us all waiting.

So this Walmart has designed parking spaces to pick up your medicine, the spaces are specific and have signs and everything. People still park in these spaces and go inside and shop. Walmart you need to do better. Your suppose to enforce these spots so an elderly who can't even walk and is sick can't even get the medicine they need because your not doing anything about the people parking where they shouldn't be. Peoples grandmas and grandpas are being affected and you don't seem to give a s**** Get it together Walmart

I ended up in this Walmart location after searching for a certain product that they didn't have in three other Walmarts so when i arrived here one of the team leaders which is named Elena was very kind and helping me and walking me to the products location and make sure to double check in her scanner for the availability. after her speaking with a lady named Agustina, agustina went ahead searched the whole isle and make sure there wasn't any stone unturned.. she went as far as going to go look in the back to see if they had any left. They still didn't find it but the extra extra effort was very very Appreciate it much thanks to these two Walmart members.
