“I have never been to a UBreakIFix before, my concern was poor battery health on my iPhone. The staff was great, gave me a good explanation of the situation and all the “what ifs” that could take place as well as making me aware of the worst case scenario. I handed my phone over at 11:30am, they quoted me two hours for battery replacement. I arrived at 1:40pm and the phone was completed and in the same condition I handed it to them. The reason I can’t give them a 5th star is simply because yes, they did the battery replacement but the phone was returned to me with 4%, I understand the battery’s come on low state of charge it just would have been nice to know that they quality checked their work prior to my arrival(as in, get the phone to at least 50%). That attention to detail would have easily gotten them a 5 star but aside from that hiccup they seemed to do a good job.”

“We went in three different times to get this promotion. Switch over to Verizon with your Broken iphone Plus get Apple television. I've been seeing the commercial over and over only for this month ! We walked in and immediately David helped us. We left came back two more times. He made us his immediate priority. I really appreciate the information that he gave us. Turns out my best friend's son didn't end up getting it but now I think I'm gonna switch over. It's a good deal! For 90 bucks a month let's do this. The sales person helped me out immediately, I told him I have a timeline and he was ready to work within that timeline. My phone was fixed in due time and working good. I got so happy because you can't do anything if your phone is cracked & not working, now a days phone is necessity. I will highly recommend this place to fix phones or buy accessories.
