I've gotten alterations and dry cleaning done here, and they've done an excellent job every time. I've gotten shirts, blazers and even my wedding dress dry cleaned!

Dropped off 2 kid pants to get tailored, basically just make them shorter. The lady told me 9am the next day. I came at 5:30pm the next day instead and the lady haven't even started them. Then she asked if I can come back the next day but I couldn't. So she asked me to come back in an hour. I come back and now their machine is broken and I'm still waiting

I am not one to leave reviews but this place is terrible. We left a couple of designer shirts here and they completely botched one, it shrunk from a L to a S and they cut the tags off. I took the shirt back to them just so they can see that they messed it up and HOPEFULLY be more careful when they sort clothes but it turned into a whole altercation. The lady first told me I could take it back to the store and they would either try fixing it or replace it. Since the tag was cut off the store couldn’t do anything so I took it back to the cleaners and let them know what happened. They then tried putting the blame on me saying that I cut the tags off and offered to stretch it. I brought a similar *new* shirt in a different color so they can stretch it out to that size and they were getting defensive about the other shirt that I brought in. Over all… do not trust these people with your clothes. Make the extra drive and take it somewhere where they are more careful and take pride in what they do.

I just left I went 3 times and no one is never there during work hours but I decided to once more ... But the woman who owns it or works there with all her kids running arounx is the worst at customer service... No lie no hate just a heads up. Good luck mjs. N lady remember to smile

I came this morning to pick up 5 piece clothing and it wasn’t open at the time it said. I waited 1 hr and still no dice. I rather pay $40 for excellent service than $25.

This is not my first coming and they are not open it's 9:16 am and once came in afternoon and not open guess its time to switch to a new cleaners

This place is "ok" but if you are looking for a place that has great service and good customer service.. don't come here! If your in a rush and need something asap then definitely come here, they offer $2 pricing during the week. They claim to be open on Saturdays but when I went to pick up items that were allegedly going to be ready Saturday they were closed. I asked the woman on Monday when I went to pick up my items what happened and she said "we were open" clearly they were not because I was there and they were not. This place is my last resort

The lady who is working/baby sitting is definitely not friendly, helpful, or courteous. I get no smile, no hello, very cold and short answers. This has happened 4x so its not like i caught her on a bad day.. she doesn't understand that a courteous and helpful approach goes a long way.. I encourage everyone to look elsewere if u value the above mentioned. I will no longer be going here for the convenience of being close to my home. Ill drive 2 blocks further for a simple hello and pleasant affect..

This place states that they do "professional tailoring" yet when I brought in my clothing to get it altered to my size they said they couldn't do it. Waste of my time.

Don't put your flyers on people's car door handles... Especially when there's a mail box... So disrespectful when it comes to promoting your grand opening...
